How to keep fit all year round?
Health care has many aspects. Let me start by saying that I once recorded a health care content with the theme of history. The human body, like a tree, is full of leaves in spring and summer, and leaves wither in autumn and winter, just like a tree, which absorbs the air. Obey the laws of nature. In autumn and winter, human blood gas enters, pores are blocked, and in spring and summer, pores are opened and blood gas comes out. In life, for example, it is not allowed to turn on the air conditioner too hot in winter, and it is more appropriate to turn it on at around 20 degrees. If it is too hot, pores are not conducive to the collection of menstrual qi, and it is easy to get sick in summer. It is not allowed to be too cold when the pores are open in summer, so it is not easy to get sick.

Spring is mainly about the operation of the liver, eating Wuji Baifeng Pills (boys can eat them, and eating one every night is very sleepy), warming their hearts and drinking Shengmai drinks in summer. Autumn is the season of lung maintenance, eat autumn pear cream, and winter is the season of kidney operation and maintenance to eat Liuwei Dihuang Pill. By the way, the healthy saying is: eat radish in winter and ginger in summer. Of course, the right amount can't be eaten in large quantities.

The first half of the year (spring and summer) is a sunny season, and the second half (autumn and winter) is a cloudy season. Go to bed early and get up early in spring and autumn, go to bed late and get up early in summer, and go to bed early and get up late in winter (that is, wait until the sun comes out).

Spring is the running season of the liver. Don't be depressed and anxious in spring, otherwise it will hurt the liver. Summer is the heart, because the blood in summer is outside, so avoid anger, otherwise it will be annoying and sad; Autumn is the lung, don't be sad, otherwise it will hurt the lung; Avoid fear in winter, or you will hurt your kidneys.

Cover spring and freeze autumn: wear more clothes in spring and don't wear too much in autumn. Of course, it doesn't have to be frozen. The transition from winter to summer is when the pores slowly open. If you don't wear too many clothes, it is not conducive to smooth pores. Similarly, the transition from summer to autumn, if you put on a down jacket in autumn, is not conducive to the normal and smooth collection of pores.

Autumn and winter are conducive to tonic, and spring and summer should be light. Because blood gas accumulates in the body in autumn and winter, eating mutton and beef in autumn is good for your health, and eating it in spring and summer is useless, because blood gas is outside in spring and summer, even if it is supplemented, it will be eaten for nothing and cannot be digested. Abstinence is necessary in both winter and summer, because the yin is the strongest and the yang is the weakest in winter. At this time, the yang is only a little bit, and it is consumed as soon as it grows out, and the body is not easy. Similarly, summer is not suitable for consuming the body. Spring and autumn are just the time when yin and yang are balanced, and they are also the most suitable seasons for pregnancy.

The solstice in winter and the solstice in summer are the poles of yin and yang. Old people often say that these two times are the time to receive income, and many old people will die of discomfort at this time. It is best not to go out for a few days before and after the winter solstice and summer solstice. Sleeping more at this time will be better than sleeping more at any time. Exercising more at the vernal equinox and autumnal equinox is beneficial to the transformation of yin and yang roles in the body.

I just said four seasons. In fact, a person's day is like four seasons. I took notes while listening, so there may be some mistakes here. Something like this: from 1 1 to 1, liver from 1 to 3, lung from 3 to 5, and large intestine from 5 to 7, so most people want it. In ancient times, people ate two meals a day, not because they were poor. This is scientific. Eating at nine o'clock and three o'clock is in line with the law of internal organs. As long as human beings follow the natural laws of the four seasons, diseases will be much less in the process of human growth and aging.

The above is an excerpt from a lecture I attended one day. I hope to share with you the way of keeping in good health.
