How to make soybean milk?
Practice 1, original soy milk

material

300 grams of soybeans, 1000㏄ water and a proper amount of sugar.

working methods

1. Wash soybeans and soak them in water for 8 hours (the amount of water is more than that of soybeans).

2. Put the soybeans soaked by the method of 1 into a blender, add 500㏄ of water, and make them into slurry. Take a gauze bag, pour in the soybean milk soaked by the method, and filter out the bean dregs.

3. Take a deep pot, pour the remaining 500㏄ water and the soybean milk filtered by the method 2, cook the soybean milk on high fire until it bubbles, and then turn to low heat to continue cooking for 10 minute until the bean flavor overflows.

4. Pour the soy milk cooked in the third step into the filter screen for filtering, and remove the residue, which is the original soy milk. Add appropriate amount of sugar according to personal preference and mix well.

Practice 2, banana soybean milk

material

1 banana and 100ml sugar-free soybean milk.

working methods

1, peeled bananas, pressed into paste in a cup with a spoon;

2. Pour the soybean milk into a cup filled with bananas and stir. When bananas and soybean milk are mixed, they can be drunk.

Note: Banana soybean milk will turn brown after a period of time. It is recommended to drink immediately after drinking.

Practice 3, fragrant rice soybean milk

2 handfuls of soybeans soaked overnight in advance, 1 handfuls of rice and sugar.

working methods

1. Clean the soaked soybeans and rice together, put them into the soymilk machine, pour in water not less than the minimum scale, and start the five-grain soymilk key.

2. After the ground soybean milk misses the bean dregs, add appropriate amount of sugar and stir well while it is hot.

Practice 4, sesame black soybean milk

material

Black beans 80g, peanuts 10g, black sesame 10g.

working methods

Soak black beans for 4 hours after cleaning, peanuts for 1~2 hours after cleaning, and black sesame seeds for later use.

Put the soaked materials into the soymilk machine, pour in clear water, start the soymilk program, and cook black soymilk.

Practice five, homemade black bean milk.

working methods

1: Wash black beans to remove dust and impurities. The soaking water in the container is 2-3 cm higher than the beans. My practice is to store it directly in the refrigerator for one night and get up the next day to start juicing. Directly pour out the water soaked in black beans, and then rinse the black beans with clear water. Black beans soaked in water are full of particles, like shiny black pearls.

2. Add 1000cc water to black beans and crush them with a blender or food blender.

3: I used a food conditioning stick, so I added water several times and slowly beat the black beans evenly.

4: Pour it into the deep pot and soybean milk bag and prepare for extrusion.

5. Deep pots and soybean milk bags can be bought in Castroni or North and South grocery stores.

6: Pour the broken soybean milk into the soybean milk bag.

7: When squeezing soybean milk, prepare 500cc of water and heat it to boiling.

8: Start squeezing soybean milk, add the remaining 500cc water into the soybean milk bag, and squeeze out the water by kneading.

9: Squeeze the water dry as much as possible, and ask the able-bodied men at home for help if possible.

10: The pressed black bean dregs are very nutritious, so don't throw them away. They can be used to make snacks or pancakes, just like I use them directly to make coke cakes. If you don't need to use it immediately, you can put it in an ice refrigerator and try to use it within 3-4 days, otherwise it will be a pity if it is useless.

1 1: Pour the squeezed raw soybean milk into boiling water. If you want a better taste, you can use a strainer when pouring, and the taste will be smoother.

12: When the raw soybean milk is a little boiling, turn down the heat and cook slowly, stirring while cooking to avoid touching the pot or burning the smell. There will be bubbles after cooking, which can be slowly fished out at any time. The cooking time is about 40 minutes, and the last 5 minutes can be seasoned with sugar. You can also do without sugar.

13: The cooked black bean soybean milk is cooled first, and then stored in the refrigerator for better taste. The storage period is about 3 days.
