Braised red dates and pigeon soup
Ingredients: Stemona Stemona 12g, 4 red dates, squab 1 piece, 2 slices of ginger.
Exercise:
1. Wash Stemona and red dates, and remove the stones from the red dates.
2. Slaughter and wash pigeons, remove fur claws and dirt, blanch in water for a while, and wash.
3. Put the ginger in a casserole, add 1500ml (6 bowls) of water, after the fire is boiled, change to slow fire for 2 hours, and add a proper amount of salt and a little oil.
4. This amount can be used by 1 ~ 2 people, and young pigeons can pick up soy sauce to accompany their meals.

If you use red dates to make soup, it is better to use jujube master to beautify Junzao because the meat is thick enough. If you want to simply soak dried red dates in water, you can use the jujube master to make jujube strips without seeds, which is very convenient.
