How to make a radish brisket pot?

List of ingredients:

Beef brisket 800g pepper 5g/ 15g garlic cloves/15g rock sugar/13 knots cinnamon/3 knots onion.

White radish 1/ dried pepper 3/ fragrant leaves 3/ star anise 3/ ginger 6/ onion knot 1.

1 tsp soy sauce/1 tsp soy sauce /65438 bean paste +0 tsp oyster sauce /65438 cooking wine +0 tsp salt.

Cooking steps

-Step 1-

Wash the brisket, remove the paper towels from the corners, cut into small pieces and put them in a bowl.

Wash the white radish, peel it, cut it into small pieces and put it in a bowl. Dice garlic cloves for later use.

Second step

Put the brisket in the pot, add 3 pieces of ginger and onion knots, pour cooking wine and cold water without ingredients.

After boiling, skim off the foam, remove the onion and ginger, cook for another 5 minutes, and remove the beef brisket for later use.

Third step
