The Measures for the Administration of Pig Slaughtering in Changsha City (Decree No.49 of the municipal government) and the Measures for the Administration of Water Supply and Water Saving in Changsha City (Decree No.33 of the municipal government) have been replaced by the Regulations on the Administration of Pig Slaughtering in Changsha City and the Regulations on the Administration of Water Supply and Water Use in Changsha City respectively, and decided to abolish them.

This decision shall come into force as of May 6, 2003.
