"You can't eat all day long, and you never leave an inch of silver" is a famous saying of Ge Hong, a scientist in the Jin Dynasty, which comes from Bao Puzi Xu Xue. It means don't just eat and drink all day (but don't think and explore more), and don't spend less time because you are lazy.

"Bao Puzi's Inner Chapter" mainly talks about immortal prescriptions, changes in ghosts, health preservation and longevity, and treatment of disasters and diseases, which belongs to Taoism (referring to immortals).
