All the medical and health departments and medical personnel in China know this institution, and it is also the designated training and assessment institution of Chinese medicine health care in state administration of traditional chinese medicine. The training and assessment institutions of TCM health care are: Chinese Medicine Association, Chinese Medical Association and Chinese Preventive Medicine Association. The certificate issued by this department will serve as the practice access standard for Chinese medicine health care industry in the future.

First, how to test the qualification certificate of traditional Chinese medicine

1, with a bachelor's degree or above in traditional Chinese medicine in an institution of higher learning, and working in a medical and health care institution for one year;

2, with a college degree in traditional Chinese medicine, working in medical and health care institutions for two years;

3. Obtain a degree in traditional Chinese medicine from a secondary specialized school and have worked in medical and health care institutions for five years.

Second, the duties of Chinese medicine

1. Strictly implement the Law on Medical Practitioners, the Regulations on Chinese Medicine and the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents;

2, strictly implement the rules and regulations of the hospital, do a reasonable inspection, rational drug use;

Legal basis: Article 15 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Traditional Chinese Medicine, personnel engaged in medical activities of traditional Chinese medicine shall pass the qualification examination of traditional Chinese medicine doctors in accordance with the provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Medical Practitioners, obtain the qualification of traditional Chinese medicine doctors, and register for practice. The content of the qualification examination for TCM doctors should reflect the characteristics of TCM. Persons who study Chinese medicine as apprentices or who have acquired medical skills and expertise through years of practice shall be recommended by at least two Chinese medicine practitioners, and qualified by the competent departments of Chinese medicine of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to organize practical skills and effect assessment. After practicing registration according to the assessment content, you can engage in medical activities of traditional Chinese medicine in the form of personal practice or in medical institutions within the scope of registered practice. The competent department of traditional Chinese medicine in the State Council shall, according to the safety risks of the technical methods of traditional Chinese medicine, formulate the grading assessment methods for the personnel specified in this paragraph and report them to the health administrative department of the State Council for examination and release.
