1, Shenshu jujube decoction

Materials: Codonopsis pilosula 10g, Poria cocos 20g, Atractylodes macrocephala 6g, 5 jujubes and fresh duck kidney 1 piece were selected.

Practice: Poria cocos is broken, jujube is cut to remove the core, fresh duck kidney is cut open, the gold in the duck is washed and put into the pot together with the ingredients. Add appropriate amount of water to boil 1 hour, add salt to taste, and serve.

2. Gordon Euryale seed crucian carp soup
