Perseverance is the medicine of your life!
There's always something on my mind recently. That's writing. Since I decided to write, I have been thinking about how to write words every day. When you think of something in your sleep, you will suddenly wake up and write it down with a mobile phone note in case you forget it.

Yesterday, I read all the articles about big coffee in the school from beginning to end, and felt their stories and experiences, as well as their struggle. I think the most important thing for their success is perseverance.

Nothing can stand the word persistence, because as long as we persist in everything, it will become our habit, and we will gradually become more complete people because of this habit.

But sometimes the hardest thing is persistence, because persistence often tests a person's strong patience and self-discipline, which is not available to everyone.

See if there is any impulse to do something for those who shine because of persistence.

Maybe we have a lot of moments and want to do a lot of things in our minds, but many of them can't persist. I remember seeing others learn baking before, and I also want to learn. I share recipes online and offline every day and find ingredients. Later, I got it in the oven and felt that time was not urgent, so I gradually put it on the shelf.

I still remember a time when I wanted to learn Korean on a whim. After learning Korean syllables and simple greetings, I was thrown aside because of other distractions.

I remember wanting to practice writing and buy copybooks before. At first, I insisted on writing one page every day. After two weeks, I gradually stopped.

Many times, the gap between us and others is often this attitude towards things and our determination to persist. We can't persist because our desire is not strong and it doesn't make you feel anxious.

I remember when I first lost weight, I insisted on eight kilometers a day for more than a month, stood for half an hour after meals, ate less and ate more, and lost weight 18 kg a month. It's really a sudden change from balloon man to another person. There was only one belief at that time. The person I like doesn't like me, just because I am fat, so it's your fault that you don't lose weight. In this way, the real pain forced me to stick to it, and all my living habits have been completely changed and continue to this day.

For example, because I am introverted, I don't like to talk, and I dare not speak in front of people. I prefer to stay indoors. I can't meet my classmates and friends, so I can't invite them out, not because of anything else, but because I don't like that kind of occasion very much. Later, I spent a year trying to talk to strangers, say hello, try to make myself relaxed and humorous, try to show myself in front of a group of people, dabble in different fields of knowledge, and try to open a topic quickly. Now after deliberate training, I speak more calmly and generously than before. Don't blush when you meet strangers.

Many times, we choose to stick to one thing because we want to change our hearts and make ourselves different from before, and this thing is something we are very interested in and want to do, but various factors in real life always make it impossible for us to stick to it.

We can't persist because we can't see its effect at first, so we can't show sadness. Everything has its own step by step. As long as you have faith in your heart, you can always get what you want.

Perseverance is not the kind of person we want to be. There are always some extraordinary heroic dreams in ordinary life. Because of this little expectation, we will all become brave in this barren world.

Is there anything you have been insisting on so far that has brought subtle changes to your life?

Many times we don't want to be too utilitarian when we do something. Learning a language means that we can talk freely with foreigners immediately. Going to the gym is like thinking that I will soon become a vest line and a fitness goddess. See if there is a book that can be used by me immediately, and I can write something different.

Being too utilitarian, too anxious and too motivated will increase our sense of loss, because things are not as developed as you think, so it is the easiest to give up.

Many things can't be effective in a short time. When we don't rely on it, we will easily throw it away.

So what can we do to really get into the habit and stick to one thing?

Research shows that it takes 2 1 day to form a habit, which seems to be a short time, but it is difficult to stick to it. We will be delayed by such and such things. What shall we do?

First, determination is very important. If you are determined to do one thing, you should examine whether it is all you want to do, such as running, keeping a diary, learning a foreign language and practicing yoga. You should ask yourself what you want to do most now. This is not your whim or the influence of others, but something you always want to do every once in a while, so put it on the agenda.

Second, it is to set goals. Don't set your goals too high, and don't be too eager to achieve them. Doing one thing is step by step. For example, if you want to get up early, your previous habit was to get up at 8 o'clock, and you set it at 6 o'clock. Many things can't be done overnight and need an adaptation process. You can get up at 7: 30 a few days ago, get used to getting up at 7: 00 a.m. half an hour earlier for a while, and so on, until you get up at 6: 00 a.m., and you won't be sleepy again. Then you can get used to the rhythm and get used to it.

Furthermore, plan quantitatively every day. Don't be too eager to achieve anything, and don't fish for three days and dry the net for two days. You did a lot the day before and a little the day after. You should make a certain plan every day and keep it going. Every day you have some unfinished business, which will help you stick to it the next day.

Then, focus. Don't form many habits at once, and don't make yourself feel that there are many things to do in one day. After all, people's energy is limited. We might as well focus on one thing and become a part of life before we consider developing other habits.

Finally, we should always reflect on supervision. From the perspective of self-discipline, you can tell your friends about your plan, let them supervise you, or punch in the circle of friends every day, so that you will set a hint in your mind that everyone is watching. I can't give up. Every once in a while, you should reflect on whether things are moving in the direction you want, and if you are slack, when to adjust. Look at what you did a few days ago every few days and remind yourself to stick to it at any time.

Everyone's transformation is gradually cultivated from these small obsessions. Each of us lives in another self, and every time we persist, we are approaching another beautiful self.

Many people can stick to things, not necessarily how awesome we can become, but because of our persistence, our hearts become richer and our lives become more colorful. Because of the small goals we set for ourselves, our life is full of expectations and desires for ourselves. We are all ordinary people, but our persistence adds different colors to us.

In life, we constantly cultivate our learning ability. Because of persistent study, one day each of us will become interesting and colorful, and everything in life will gradually become insignificant because of our little changes.

Perseverance is the medicine of life. We have expectations because of persistence, become colorful because of expectations, and finally become different people because of our colorful.
