The elevation of Wangyaogu Scenic Area is1400 ~ 2000m, with a total area of about 10 km2. There are thousands of acres of contiguous forests in the scenic area, and the forests are mainly medicinal materials, with hundreds of acres of contiguous high slopes. Every summer, the Wang Yao Valley is lush and fragrant.

Wangyaogu Scenic Area is located on Wang Yao Mountain, which borders jiangyou city in Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Mianyang City. It is the first scenic spot with the theme of health preservation in China. With the world's largest century-old magnolia forest, 10,000 mu of Chinese herbal medicine forest, exotic flowers and other natural resources, it is a leisure place featuring Chinese medicine health care. It is also a national 4A-level tourist scenic spot.
