(two) professional, academic qualifications and qualification requirements
1. All majors (except nursing) in the recruitment position should have full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities;
2. Nursing posts should have full-time college graduates or above;

Written test and interview:
1, written test
In principle, the ratio between the number of recruitment positions and the actual number of applicants shall not be less than 1:3. If this ratio is not reached, the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Civil Service Bureau) will study it and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval before deciding whether to open the examination.
Those who pass the examination are organized by Tianjin Physical Examination Center for written examination, and the written examination content is "Orientation Test of Medical Professional Ability". The medical professional aptitude test focuses on the basic characteristics and abilities closely related to the future study and professional practice of medical graduates, including logical reasoning and problem-solving ability, communication and understanding ability, abstract reasoning ability and medical common sense. The written test scores are sorted from high to low, and they enter the interview according to the ratio of 1: 3 (those less than 1: 3 will all enter the interview). Written test time: 2011April 23rd. Candidates are requested to collect the admission ticket at the registration place on April 20th at 20 1 1.
Step 2 interview
The interview mainly tests the comprehensive quality. If there are vacancies in the interview candidates, they will be filled according to the written test scores from high to low. The interview takes the form of defense and is organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (Civil Service Bureau), the District Health Bureau and the employer. Those who fail the interview cannot be admitted. The interview results will be published on the blog of the Personnel Section of Hongqiao District Health Bureau within 7 working days after the interview. Admission method:
Candidates rank the total scores from high to low according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, and determine the list of medical examiners according to the proportion of the number of candidates in the post 1: 1. Those who pass the physical examination shall be investigated comprehensively by the recruitment leading group of the District Health Bureau according to the requirements of the post to be hired, and the candidates shall be determined according to the physical examination and investigation, and publicity shall be carried out within a certain range as required, with a publicity period of seven working days, so as to find out the problems reflected in the publicity in time.
When the recruitment position is vacant due to the following circumstances, it will be filled from high score to low score according to the prescribed procedures and time limit.
