If you want to go out, you must wear as thick as possible. I usually wear a scarf, a mask and a hat when I go out. I really wrapped myself up without leaving a crack.
And every winter I wear two or three sweaters, one by one, and a very big coat outside. Although it looks ugly when wrapped in a ball, it is too cold to stand up.
Go skipping rope when you are free. Doing this exercise will keep you warm and won't feel so cold, but don't sweat. If you feel cold after sweating, your body will be colder and your whole body will be cold.
Soak your feet before going to bed every night, so that you will feel warmer. If you don't soak your feet, you may not be warm in bed at night.
But after I soak my feet, I lie in bed for a while and then go to sleep. My feet will be cold and wet, so I will put a hot water bottle under the bed and put my feet on it.
