The whole line includes the construction of three bridges: Beijiang Extra Large Bridge, East Approach Bridge of Beijiang Extra Large Bridge and National Highway 107 Overpass Bridge. The precast beam yard is located on the right side of the main line K23+500 ~ K23+800, adjacent to the main line, between Cai Li Bridge and the overpass bridge of National Highway 240, covering an area of about 106.3 mu. It is estimated that a total of 2,636 prefabricated transport beams will be produced in the three blocks TJ3, TJ4 and TJ5, including 594 20-meter box beams.
The target construction period of the beam yard is planned to be 3 months. Four 30m box girder circular lines and 20 conventional beam-making pedestals are arranged in the yard, among which the circular lines are prefabricated by the production line mode of "latest mobile pedestal, fixed hydraulic formwork and steam curing", and the daily output can reach 6 pieces. The peak period of the beam yard can meet the inventory demand of 504 pieces. The planned beam production period is from June 2023 to June 2024, 165438+ 10.
