First of all, let's understand what mortar rubble slope protection is.
Mortar rubble is often used as retaining wall in subgrade engineering or slope protection for some roads. It is a masonry structure made of mortar and gravel. The shape of the gravel is irregular, and the short side thickness is about 15cm. Sometimes gravel is used. According to the shape and size of rubble, there is no clear dividing line. Generally, rubble is close to a cuboid and rubble is close to a cube.
Secondly, let's know about the basic technical requirements for the concrete construction of mortar rubble slope protection:
1, accurately measure the setting-out, control the position of slope protection and ensure the thickness.
2, masonry flaky water wet before laying, the surface of the soil, scale, if any, should be cleaned up. Slices shall not be used, and the minimum side length and middle thickness shall not be less than 15cm.
3. The mortar rubble slope protection of subgrade is constructed by mortar sitting method.
4. The mortar mixture ratio adopts the weight ratio, and the construction personnel mix the mortar with a mixer in strict accordance with the mixture ratio provided by the testers. Mortar should have proper workability.
5. When masonry flaky, the mortar between blocks shall be full and firmly bonded. The vertical joints of each working layer should be staggered and not penetrated. The masonry surface is smooth and the size meets the requirements.
6, masonry jointing adopts convex seam, before jointing, remove the mortar, dust and debris bonded on the surface, and wet the surface. The jointing mortar is 1: 3 cement mortar, and the jointing is 2 cm deep. When the depth and width of the groove are insufficient, tick off the seam after the depth and width are sufficient. The joint width should be consistent, and no hollowing or falling off is allowed.
7, mortar masonry, should be in the mortar after the initial setting, timely sprinkler cover curing 7 ~ 14 days.
8, the construction process, must conform to the requirements of the design and construction technical specifications.
