High-level boxing in Wushu school
The origin of Wushu is very short, and there are many things to do. As an important branch of China culture, Wushu is not easy to learn well, from three years to five years, and then to eight years and ten years. The following is what I sorted out for you: advanced boxing of public martial arts.

The advanced boxing method of Gongpai Wushu is the first, straight boxing.

Straight boxing can be divided into forehand straight boxing, backhand straight boxing, forward sliding straight boxing and backward sliding straight boxing.

1. Forehand straight fist

Stand with your feet in a left front and right back step, shoulder width apart, with your hands on your chest, your left hand in front and your right hand behind, your hands are not higher than your nose, and your muscles are relaxed and tight (Figure 1).

Take a half step forward with your left foot, exert force with your forefoot, punch forward with your left hand half clenched, and protect your left forehead with your right hand (Figure 2).

2. Straight punch with the back of your hand.

When the left straight fist punches, immediately twist the waist and turn the shoulder, put the left hand back to the left temple, send the right shoulder forward, and hit the right hand immediately, so that the backhand punches straight and the right palm exerts force (Figure 4).

Take a half step forward with your left foot, and punch straight forward with your left hand, and protect your left forehead, temple or jaw with your right hand. 4. Slide backwards and go straight to the head

Put your hands on your chest, put your left foot behind your right foot, punch your left front straight, and put your right hand on your temple. Then step back half a step with your right foot at the same time, twist your waist and turn your hips, and then go straight to the temple with your right fist and protect your left fist at the temple (Figure 10, 1 1).

When the opponent attacked violently, I slipped my left foot backwards, blocked my opponent with my left straight fist, and then quickly twisted my right foot to turn my hips, and punched my right hand (Figure 12, 13).

Prepare the same straight punch as your last hand.

Action description

Put your fists on your chest, step on your left foot, and punch with your left hand around the arc from the left front, but the center line reaches the fist face and hits the opponent's temple (Figure 14).

The opponent's right hand attacked my face, my right fist suppressed the opponent's right fist, and my left fist quickly attacked the opponent's face (Figure 15).

The right-hand hook is the same as the left-hand hook, but the left and right are opposite. It can also be used alternately at a fixed pace.

general idea

Cross hooks are different from swings. Swing can be a standing posture with hands on your chest. When the left front swings, the left foot moves forward, the left hand is held from the left side, crosses the midline, and slightly presses down to the right side, and the muscles are properly elastic; Cross hook boxing has both offensive and defensive functions, which belongs to blocking attack and intercepting passengers halfway. Powerful in fighting, it can break the opponent's straight fist, cross hook or side leg.

Action description

Step forward with your left foot, punch forward with your left hand, hit your opponent with your right hand from the upper right cover, split forward, and keep up with your right foot to ensure the hit rate, accuracy and strength (Figure 16~ 18).

When my opponent hits me with my right hand, I will immediately block the box with my left fist or cover my opponent's face with my right fist before my opponent can make a move (Figure 19).

general idea

Cover boxing can not be used as a straight boxing, and it is also different from split boxing. When using the cover fist, one hand should lift the fist from the side and cover it directly in front, and the other hand should take a protective posture according to the situation, which can be placed next to the ear, and the steps should follow the front, and the left foot should be covered with the right fist. It is often said that covering your brain is to cover your brain with your fist.

Take a half step forward with your left foot, swing back with your left fist, and swing your right fist at the opponent's shoulder from the top right (Figure 20,21).

general idea

Don't make a downward oblique punch into a cover punch. Slanting downward with a large swing. At the same time, when swinging with one hand, the other hand should wrestle with the opponent's arm, and the body should flash sideways to help the boxing situation. Pay attention to the left step and the right swing.

Copy boxing, also known as hook boxing, is divided into two training methods: forward copy boxing and reverse copy boxing.

Step-by-step boxing means standing forward with your left foot and copying forward with your left hand; The backward step is to step forward with your left foot and copy the fist with your right hand.

When the opponent's defense is tight, you can break his defense with a copy fist. It's best to take the middle line in copying boxing, with one hand blocking the opponent, one hand copying boxing, and the other hand hitting again quickly, which can be a continuous blow.

Action description

The left foot straddles to drive the body, the left fist is lifted, the left knee is lifted, and then the left fist slams the opponent's arm, head or chest, and the left foot steps on it (Figures 26 and 27).

My opponent attacked my jaw with his left fist, and I lifted my arm with my right fist, punching my opponent in the face or chest with my left fist (Figures 28 and 29).

The same is true of the right split, but the left and right are opposite.

general idea

Split boxing is often characterized by fist bump, knee top and foot stepping, supplemented by stepping and stepping. Fisting is extremely powerful. When using split boxing, you need to use the power of lifting the tripod to split, and you can knock down your opponent all the way.

Grasp the opponent's right fist with his left paw and step on it with his left foot; Grab the other person's face with your right paw, and follow the previous step with your right foot.

The same is true of the right hand horizontal stroke, but the left and right are opposite.

general idea

Horizontal elastic boxing belongs to the advanced moves of hitting, hanging, sticking and hugging, which can show its flexible and magical traditional characteristics in actual combat applications.

The above eight kinds of high-position play should be tempered, and every move should be made with great efforts. Eight advanced boxing methods are often combined with various leg methods, such as forward kick, side kick, side kick, split leg and so on. You can ask for directions with a straight fist, kick together with a horizontal hook, protect the fist and kick together with a side kick, and kick before splitting the leg complement each other, or kick with a diagonal fist and a horizontal hook, or split the fist with a straight fist and a horizontal hook. Remember to be flexible and don't stick to a pattern.
