Wine culture in TCM health preservation
Wine culture in TCM health preservation: there are many kinds of wine, and their properties, tastes and effects are similar. Generally speaking, wine is warm and pungent, and those who are warm can dispel cold and drain, while those who are pungent can disperse drain, so wine can dredge meridians, promote qi and blood circulation, dissipate stagnation, warm yang and cold, soothe the liver and relieve depression, and express feelings; Moreover, wine is the essence of grain brewing, so it can also benefit the stomach. In addition, wine can kill insects and drive away evil spirits. It is recorded in natural history that Wang Su, Zhang Heng and Ma Jun went out in the morning in the fog. One drinks, one eats, and one is on an empty stomach; People who eat on an empty stomach die, people who are full are sick, and people who drink are healthy. According to the author, does this mean? Wine is more evil than food. ?

The combination of wine and medicine is a great progress in drinking for health. Wine has three main functions in medicine:

1. Wine can exert its medicinal potential. The ancients said? Wine is the best medicine? . Wine can make the efficacy of drugs from the surface to the top, so as to better play the role of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, and replenish deficiency without stagnation.

2. Wine contributes to the precipitation of effective components of drugs. Wine is a good organic solvent. Most water-soluble substances are insoluble in water and need to be dissolved in nonpolar solvents. Some substances can be dissolved in alcohol. Many components of traditional Chinese medicine are easily soluble in alcohol. Alcohol also has good permeability, easy to enter the tissue cells of medicinal materials, play a role in dissolution, promote replacement and diffusion, and is conducive to improving the leaching speed and leaching effect.

3. Wine also has antiseptic effect. Ordinary medicinal liquor can be preserved for months or even years without deterioration, which brings great convenience to drinkers.

Wine culture in TCM health preservation: common preparation methods of medicinal liquor The common preparation methods of medicinal liquor mainly include cold soaking method, hot soaking method, percolation method and brewing method.

1. cold soaking method: chop up the medicinal materials, process them, put them into a porcelain jar or other suitable containers, add a specified amount of Chinese liquor, seal and soak them, and stir them 1 ~ 2 times a day, and after one week, stir them 1 time a week; * * * Soak for 30 days, take the supernatant, squeeze the residue, mix the squeezed liquid with the supernatant, add a proper amount of sugar or honey, stir and dissolve, seal, stand for more than 14 days, filter and fill.

2. Hot soaking method: Take the decoction pieces of medicinal materials, wrap them in cloth, hang them on the upper part of the container, and add white wine until they are completely immersed in the bag; Cover, soak the container in human water, slowly heat it with slow fire, soak it for 3-7 days and nights, take it out, let it stand overnight, take the supernatant, squeeze the residue, combine the squeezed liquid with the supernatant, add ice enamel or honey to dissolve it, let it stand for at least 2 days, filter out and package. This method is called suspension impregnation. This method was later reformed to take it out immediately after heating it in water until it boils, pour it into a vat, add enamel or honey to dissolve it, seal the vat, soak it for 30 days, collect the clear liquid, combine it with the squeezed liquid of the residue, let it stand for a proper time, filter and fill it.

3. Percolation method: pulverizing the medicinal materials into coarse powder, placing in a covered container, adding 60-70% leaching solvent of the coarse powder of the medicinal materials, uniformly wetting, and sealing for 65+/-05 minutes to several hours to fully expand the medicinal materials for later use. Then take a mass of absorbent cotton, moisten it with leaching solution, gently spread it on the bottom of the infiltration filter cartridge (cylindrical or conical funnel with outlet at the bottom, and control the liquid to flow out with piston), then put the wetted and expanded powder into the infiltration filter cartridge several times, and flatten it after each input. Cover it with filter paper or gauze after loading. When the solvent is slowly added to the percolating cylinder, the piston at the outlet of the percolating cylinder should be opened first to remove the residual air in the cylinder, and the piston should be closed when the solution flows out from the outlet. Continue to add the molten medium until it is several centimeters higher than the powder, cover it, and let it stand for 24-48 hours to make the solvent fully permeate and diffuse. Then open the piston and let the leachate flow out slowly. If the concentration of leachate is to be increased, the primary leachate can also be used as a solvent for new powder for the second or multiple leachate. Collecting percolate, standing, filtering and filling.

4. Brewing method: using medicinal materials as raw materials to brew wine, and adding koji to brew medicinal liquor. For example, white bamboo wine and wolfberry juice wine recorded in Fang Yi are all brewed in this way. However, due to the difficulty in making this method and the complicated steps, it is rarely used by ordinary families now.

Wine culture in TCM health preservation. Moderate drinking: This is very important. There are many disputes about the harm of drinking, ancient and modern, at home and abroad, and the key to the problem lies in the amount of drinking. Drinking less is a good thing, drinking more is a bad thing. Shao Yong's Poetry Day in Song Dynasty:? People are not good at drinking, but only like to drink as much; People are either good at drinking, but it is hard to like the sum of drinking. If you drink too much, you will feel sore. If you drink it, you will be drunk, and you will be drunk. ? Here? And then what? Is the doctrine of the mean. Not too much, not too much. Too much harm to the body does not mean that you don't drink alcohol and can't play a health care role.

2. Drinking time: It is generally considered that drinking at night is not appropriate. "Compendium of Materia Medica" contains: People know to give up drinking early, but they don't know to drink alcohol late. When you are drunk, you sleep on a pillow, which hurts your eyes. The night gas converges, and the hangover with wine will clear the gas, relieve the spleen and stomach, stop the dampness and produce sores, and help the desire with fire, so there are many people who are sick. It can be seen that the reason for abstaining from drinking at night is mainly because the air converges at night. On the one hand, the wine you drink can't be dispersed, and the heat is trapped in the room, which has the disadvantage of hurting your eyes; On the other hand, wine is a divergent thing, which disturbs people's convergence and calmness at night and hurts people. In addition, there are two different views on drinking festivals. Some people think it's cold in winter, so it's suitable for drinking to warm the yang and dispel the cold.

3. Drinking temperature: On this issue, some people advocate cold drinks, while others advocate warm drinks. Advocates of cold drinks believe that alcohol is inherently hot, and hot drinking will be even hotter, which will easily damage the stomach. If you have a cold drink, use cold to heat it, so there is no danger of overheating. Zhu Zhenheng, a Yuan Dynasty physician, said: Wine? Iced drinks have three advantages. If the lung enters the stomach too much, it will be slightly warm, and the lung will get the cold in the warm first, which can benefit qi; The second time, the temperature in the cold can nourish the stomach. Cold wine is too late for people to drink. ? But Xu Wenbi of A Qing Dynasty advocated warm drinking. He said wine? What is the best warm clothing? ,? Hot drinks hurt the lungs? 、? Cold drinks hurt the spleen? . A more eclectic view is that although wine can be drunk warm, it should not be drunk hot. As for what is suitable for cold drinks and what is suitable for warm drinks, it can be treated differently according to personal circumstances.
