The enterprise certificate holder carries a copy of the business license, the enterprise national unified code certificate, the legal person certificate and the official seal of the enterprise, fills in the enterprise tax registration form at the local tax bureau, and then receives the microcomputer code and tax account number. Then bring the Enterprise Tax Registration Form and the above supplementary materials to the Municipal Bureau for tax registration.

Step 5: Apply for a health permit.

After tax registration in the tax bureau, you need to go to the health and epidemic prevention station to apply for a health permit.

Step 6: Apply for a toll permit.
