Any suggestions for nurses to change careers?
Let me just talk about myself.

Graduated from the senior nursing department of a vocational and technical college in 2007.

In 2006-2007, I worked as an intern in the People's Hospital of this province for less than half a year, and issued a false unit acceptance certificate. I went to school to ask for an early termination of my internship, and I can imagine how much the project hates internships. As for this spit, it is enough to write a long story. Afraid of digression, write the theme directly, hoping to give the little white sisters who plan to change careers a direction and bravely pursue what they like to do. We don't have to be nurses, but there are still many ways to go.

After graduation, in 2007, I dragged my suitcase and went directly to the forefront of reform and opening up, Shenzhen. I was forcibly arranged by my parents to an acquaintance's electronics factory, where I planned to open a clinic and be a little nurse. Then I took the opportunity to get a nurse's license and wait here for the recruitment of public hospitals. The subject really wanted to cry at that time. Why can't a good life be controlled by yourself? Sometimes when I see a little ant on the ground, I feel that it is freer than me, not to mention that I am such a living person with flesh and blood and thoughts.

To tell the truth, I really didn't know what to do when I graduated. It's estimated that many younger girls share my mentality. Infinitely doubt your life. I was taught to be a good boy since I was a child, and I didn't know it was really hard to be a good boy until I really got to the society. I'm afraid I can't do this, and I feel bullied after doing that.

On June 28, 2007, I persuaded my parents, and then I went back to my hometown to take the nurse qualification exam, which was a fulfillment of my wish. After all, my parents spent a lot of money to send me to study for so many years, which is also a way out for me to get a certificate. I began to look for a job in the vast sea of people. At that time, I entered one of the largest chain pharmacies in Shenzhen, because the uniform was beautiful. Clothes control's sister paper floats by. . . . .

No matter which company you are in, you can actually learn a lot, depending on how you treat yourself. As long as I have been to college, I believe my self-study ability will not be bad. So it is very easy to learn the knowledge of drugs and then remember the location. You can receive customers by yourself in a week. Receiving customers is the same as treating patients in a hospital. We care about each other. Health depends on life. And there is no night shift in the pharmacy. In recent years, I have seen many people complain about the low wages in pharmacies. In fact, people with poor ability can't get high wages wherever they go. Because they always want something for nothing. I often participate in various trainings of the company, including pharmaceutical professional knowledge, marketing knowledge, health and wellness knowledge, etc. At that time, the interns in the store liked me best. Because I always pass on what I have learned to them without reservation. Also won a group of loyal customers, because different customers have different psychological demands. Don't always think about earning other people's money, but think more about how you can use your knowledge to help others solve problems.

Opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. Not long after, I was promoted to store manager, but maybe my personality is more suitable for sales and teaching. After about a year and a half, I began to work in my hometown branch. Considering my specialty, the company transferred me to the headquarters as a trainer, and often shared some cases with store employees to answer questions. In addition, I am also actively studying. Later, I accidentally met some big coffee teachers in the training field, and now I am starting my own business.

My present job is to do professional training for licensed pharmacists, doctors and nurses. Because of the previous accumulation, many friends' friends trust me and know my own personal experience. So it is handy to work.

In addition, I have been observing some new patterns. For example, there is a nurse sister paper in my circle of friends. After taking the exam as a licensed pharmacist, she opened a studio and made some Guyuan ointment in winter. Soak some scented tea in beauty beauty in spring and summer. Then, after becoming a mother, I took an examination of a baby nurse, found a partner, and opened a training class for novice mothers to share some experiences and parenting experiences of novice mothers. Are all good ways to change careers.

In fact, it is really not difficult for nurses to change careers. One of my classmates also seized the opportunity. Shenzhen Mobile was recruiting at that time, and she decisively submitted her resume. Because the basic comprehensive quality of nurses is still good. I asked to sing and dance when I was recruiting intern nurses at school.

Therefore, the road is wider and wider for thoughtful people and narrower for narrow-minded people.

I'm Mr. Pumbaa, an intern nurse and a licensed Chinese pharmacist. Post-85 working mothers who focus on the training of health titles of medical practitioners, pharmacists and nurses. Seven years of management experience in chain pharmacies, three years of professional medical nursing training and counseling experience, 400-500 basic students successfully passed the exam, insisted on getting up early, writing and thinking. I hope my sharing is beneficial to you, can help you, and avoid detours.
