1) recognize the lens. If the diopters of both eyes are different, don't confuse the left and right glasses. Take out the lens with your fingers or tweezers and put it at your fingertips.

2) Check the reverse side of the lens and observe it from the side. If the side protrudes like a ball, the position is correct. If it is concave like a basin, it means that the mirror is upside down and must be turned over with another finger.

3) Look down, lift the upper eyelid with an index finger, fix it on the edge of the upper orbit, and stick the lens on the eyeball.

4) Slowly relax the upper eyelid and gently close your eyes, the lens will automatically slide on the cornea, otherwise you can gently press or blink your eyes with your fingers outside the eyelid.

5) Wear the other eye lens in the same order and method.
