2. Declaration conditions
-Main (one of the following conditions)
(1) has reached the required standard hours of formal primary training in this profession and obtained the certificate of completion.
(2) Engaged in this vocational training for more than 2 years.
-Intermediate (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the formal training of this occupation intermediate, and obtained the certificate of completion.
(2) Having worked in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation.
(3) Engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.
(4) Obtain the vocational (professional) graduation certificate of the secondary vocational school with intermediate skills as the training goal, which is verified by the administrative department of labor security.
-Advanced (one of the following conditions)
(1) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the advanced formal training of this occupation, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(two) after obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.
(3) graduates of this major or related majors have obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
3. Identification method
It is divided into theoretical knowledge test and skill operation test. The theoretical knowledge test adopts the closed-book written test method, and the skill operation test adopts the on-site practical operation method. Both the theoretical knowledge test and the skill operation test adopt a percentage system, and more than 60 points are qualified.
4. The ratio of examiners to candidates
The ratio of examiners to candidates in the theoretical knowledge examination is 1:20, and there are not less than 2 examiners in each standard classroom; In the skill operation assessment, the ratio of examiners to candidates is 1:5, and there are not less than 3 examiners.

The examination time of theoretical knowledge at all levels is 9 0min. The assessment time of skill operation is: 30min；; At the primary school level; Intermediate 45 minutes; ; 60 minutes early.
6. Identification of field equipment
The theoretical knowledge test is conducted in the standard classroom; The skill operation examination should be conducted indoors, equipped with scraping beds, armchairs, special scraping instruments, media and related supplies.
