Method for making millet black sesame paste
I often make some black sesame paste to make breakfast for my children. The taste is soft and delicate, mellow and rich, nutritious and delicious! The key is simple and convenient, and it can be served in 2 minutes, saving time and effort. Black sesame contains a lot of fat and protein, as well as sugar, vitamin A, vitamin E, calcium, iron and other nutrients. It plays an important role in preventing anemia and strengthening brain and intelligence. Give your child calcium, brain and memory. My own black sesame paste smells better than the one I bought. The key is that the fried black sesame seeds are particularly fragrant and fresh. The practice is actually very simple, just look at it once, and the proportion of key materials should be clearly seen!

Preparation materials: 300g black sesame, 65438 glutinous rice flour and 80g white sugar.

Wash black sesame seeds and drain.

Pour black sesame seeds into the pot and stir fry over low heat.

Stir-fry until the black sesame seeds crackle in the pot.

Turn off the fire. Stir-fry for another minute (turn off the fire and stir-fry for a while to prevent the residual temperature in the pot from burning the black sesame seeds at the bottom, which will cause the black sesame paste to have bitterness. )

Pour it into a bowl to dry.

Pour glutinous rice flour into the pot and stir-fry over low heat until slightly yellow.

Cool the glutinous rice flour and pour it into a bowl.

Add 80 grams of sugar and mix well.

Put in 4 spoonfuls of black sesame mixture processor. Don't put too much at a time, because the black sesame will become bigger after being ground into powder, and it will be oily and caked. Too much will lead to uneven playing! )

Play for ten seconds. (Just say in my heart 10. )

Stop the machine, shake it evenly and play for another ten seconds.

It is normal to pour the beaten black sesame powder into the bowl, which is a little caked, because the black sesame will produce oil after being beaten, which will not affect the taste. Just open it with chopsticks.

Put four spoonfuls of black sesame powder into a bowl and pour it into boiling water.

Stir well.

Have a taste, delicate and soft, pure and sweet. It smells really good! Favorite friends hurry to collect it!
