When adding cell suspension, the phenomenon that more cells are added in the middle and more peripheral cells are added in the middle after shaking well can be avoided, and the cells are evenly dispersed. Pay attention to adding cell suspension. This method is a bit slow, but it will not be slow if you are skilled. It's ok to shoot, but the strength is not as good as that of 96-hole plate, and the effect is not as good as that of 96-hole plate, so I gave up the method of infiltrating the bottom of the hole.

2. After adding the cell suspension, lift the cell culture plate and look up from the bottom to see if the cells are clustered. Then tap it from the bottom to disperse it.

If there is a flat oscillator in the laboratory, I suggest using this instrument to oscillate a little, and the effect is good, that is, the one with small amplitude and high frequency.

4. Cells should be dispersed as much as possible, and most of them are in a single state. After centrifugation, fully suspend! And it will shake after turning to the six-well plate! It is best not to let the cell fluid turn around when shaking, otherwise the cells will be taken to the middle and will be uneven!
