2. Bend your elbows upwards at the same time, with your palms facing upwards, and hold your palms forward to both sides of your ribs and look forward; At the same time, the tongue reaches the upper jaw, inhaling through the nose, the gas slowly sinks to the abdomen, and the lower abdomen bulges. Stay in the abdomen, hold your breath for a moment, and get ready to start the first type of Liuhe Gong.

The first type: single push palm

1, step left with your left foot, turn left 90 degrees, bend your left leg and squat down, and straighten your right leg into a lunge; At the same time, the right palm is raised, pointing upward, the palm is forward, the right palm is open, the spout is flush with the corner of the mouth, and look forward.

2. The palm of your right hand is facing the corner of your mouth, and slowly push forward from the corner of your mouth. The palm of your right hand is forward, the palm is up, and it is shoulder-high. Visually look at the palm of your right hand; At the same time, the tip of the tongue touches the lower teeth and exhales, making a "ha" sound, and the mind reaches the right palm Laogong point.

Key points: When exhaling, the breath will exhale slowly and continuously from the abdomen, and the vocal cords will be impacted with the breath to avoid a hard voice from the throat. The fingers of the right palm should be straight and not bent; The mind is working hard and pushing hard.

3. Slowly retract the palm of your right hand, palm up, palm forward, elbow bent on the right flank, flush with the nipple, and look forward; At the same time, the tongue reaches the upper jaw, inhaling through the nose, the gas slowly sinks to the abdomen, and the abdomen bulges, meaning to stay in the abdomen. Get back to your natural stance.

4. Move your right leg forward into a right lunge and push out your left palm at the same time. The action requirements are the same as before, but in the opposite direction. In this way, do it once every left and right as a group, and continue to do 4~6 groups according to personal physical strength. Then turn around and still do the second style of left lunge.

The second type: the outer palm.

1, after the first type is completed, inhale and turn back to the left lunge, raise the palm of your right hand, palm up, palm forward, open your mouth, align with your mouth, stay in your abdomen and look straight ahead.

2. Draw your right palm from the corner of your mouth to the right, and stop your straight arm on the right side of your body. The palm of the right palm is backward, the palm is right, the thumb is down, and the height is shoulder height. Look at the right palm; At the same time, the tip of the tongue touches the lower teeth and exhales, making a "ha" sound, meaning to follow the right palm and reach the labor palace.

Key points: Exhale and vocalize while extrapolating back and forth. When the breath of Dantian hits the vocal cords, it should be continuous, and it is forbidden to make a sound with the throat. The idea of Laogong point can effectively dial the meaning of Mount Tai.

3. The right palm is arched from the right to the front, the palm is up, the palm is forward, and it is slowly retracted. The elbow is bent with the rib side, and the height is flush with the nipple; At the same time, the tongue extends to the upper jaw, inhales through the nose, and the gas is slowly inhaled, and then goes down to the abdomen, and the abdomen bulges slightly, deliberately staying in the abdomen and recovering to stand naturally.

4, the right leg forward is not a right lunge, while the left palm forward to the left, the requirements are the same as above, but in the opposite direction. So the left and right movements are a group, and the number of groups is the same as the first formula. After all the movements are completed, turn around and still do the left lunge. Then do the third one.

The third type: holding the moon

1. After the second type is completed, inhale and turn to the left lunge, raise the right palm, palm forward, palm up, open the tiger's mouth, flush with the corners of the mouth, and look straight ahead.

2. The palm of your right hand is facing the corner of your mouth, and slowly push forward from the corner of your mouth. The palm of your right hand is forward, the palm is up, and it is shoulder-level. Visually look at the palm of your right hand; At the same time, the tip of the tongue touches the lower teeth, slowly exhaling the breath of the abdomen, making a "ha" sound, and the mind reaches the Laogong point in the right palm.

Key points: Same as the first type of single push palm.

3. Connect the right palm, cuddle and bend the elbow from front to back to the right rib side, with the center of the right palm facing up, the palm facing forward and the height flush with the nipple; At the same time, the tongue reaches the upper jaw, inhales from the nose, and the gas continuously flows into the abdomen, and the lower abdomen bulges and stays in the abdomen. Get back to your natural stance.

4, the right leg step forward, symmetrical action, the same requirements. Move left and right into a group, and the number of groups is the same as before. After all the movements are completed, turn around and still do the left lunge, and then do the fourth style.

Fourth style palm support

1. After the third inhalation, turn to the left lunge, raise the right palm, palm up, palm back, open the jaws to align with the corners of the mouth, stay in the abdomen, and look straight ahead.

2. The right palm is slowly lifted from the corner of the mouth, with the center of the right palm facing upwards, the palm facing backwards, and the right palm directly above the head. At the same time, the tip of the tongue gently touches the lower teeth, exhales, and makes a "ha" sound, which means Laogong point.

Key points: Tian Dan's qi comes out slowly, impacting the vocal cords, making a "ha" sound, penetrating the labor palace, and having the meaning of reaching the sky.

3, the right palm slowly down to the ribs, palm up, palm forward, the height is flush with the nipple; At the same time, the tongue reaches the upper jaw, inhales through the nose, and the gas slowly flows to the abdomen, bulges outside the abdomen, stays in the abdomen and looks forward. Get back to your natural stance.

Step forward with your right leg, and then do the second action. The requirements are the same, symmetrical, and the action group is the same as above; Turn back when you're done, and then do the fifth style.

Fifth type single press palm

1. Turn into a left lunge, raise your right palm, palm down, palm forward, open the jaws to align with the corners of your mouth, stay in your abdomen and look forward.

2. The palm of the right palm is down, the palm is forward, and it is pressed down from the corner of the mouth to the front of the lower abdomen, and the right palm is visually observed; At the same time, the tip of the tongue touches the lower teeth and exhales, accompanied by the sound of "ha", which means Laogong point.

Key points: Exhale and vocalize as before, the right palm can reach Laogong point on time, and the mind can penetrate the crust after penetrating Laogong point.

3. The palm of the right hand is up, pointing forward, from bottom to top, slowly retracting, and the elbow is bent to the rib side and looking forward; At the same time, the tongue touches the upper jaw, inhales through the nose, and the gas continues to flow to the abdomen, and the lower abdomen bulges slightly, indicating that it stays in the abdomen. Get back to your natural stance.

4. Take a step forward with your right leg, and then do the second action. The requirements are the same, but in the opposite direction. The group is the same as before. When I'm done, I'll go back to sixth grade.

Sixth type double press palm

1, connect, turn to the left lunge, and the palms are arched downwards, sideways and upwards at the same time. Bend your elbows to the sides of your mouth, palms down, palms forward, chin open, align with the corners of your mouth, and look straight ahead.

2, palms down, palms forward, from the corners of the mouth down at the same time, straighten your arms to the front; At the same time, the tip of the tongue touches the lower teeth, slowly inhales, and makes a "ha" sound, which means reaching Laogong point and visually observing the palm.

Key point: the requirement of exhaling and sounding is the same as above, which means that the power to reach Laogong point seems to penetrate the earth.

3, palms up, palms forward, slowly retracted from bottom to top, placed on both sides of the ribs, the height is equal to the nipple, and the front is visually observed; At the same time, the tongue touches the upper jaw. Inhale through the nose, the gas slowly flows into the abdomen, and the abdomen bulges, which means staying in the abdomen. Get back to your natural stance.

4. Step forward with your right leg in a right lunge, and then make a symmetrical second step. After completing the same group as before, the left leg will be close to the right foot. Legs upright, palms up, down, placed on the outside of legs, palms against thighs, palms down, arms drooping, looking forward; At the same time, the tongue touches the lower teeth and exhales, standing for a moment, and all actions are over.

When practicing Liugong, you should get rid of distractions, keep calm, be soft but not stiff, and avoid using clumsy strength. It's best to practice when the sun just rises in the morning, which will get twice the result with half the effort.
