What aspects should health care start from?
As far as my personal understanding is concerned, the primary stage of health preservation should start with diet and living habits.

The first is diet, which directly leads to changes in physical factors. If we eat correctly, it will make our health much easier. Therefore, a correct diet is particularly important for health preservation. Generally speaking, we suggest that three meals a day should be regular, and for food, we should mix meat and vegetables. Try to eat less high-fat, high-calorie food, so as to have a good figure.

The second is living habits, including many things, such as daily life, sports and so on. Living habits, you must not stay up late often, and try to keep the habit of getting up early every day. Nowadays, many people like to stay up late, which is contrary to the purpose of health care, so good living habits are also very important for your health care. There is also exercise. I think whether you want to lose weight or keep fit, or keep in shape, exercise is an essential aspect. Only by constantly insisting on exercise and fitness can we have a strong body and be of great help to health.
