1964 was born in Yugan, Jiangxi, and is a member of China Artists Association, Chinese Writers Association, Chinese Photographers Association, China Calligraphers Association, Jiangxi Branch of China Folk Writers Association, China Collectors Association, Chief Judge of Youth Department of China Association for Science and Technology, Judge of China Engineering Drawing Society, Judge of Beijing Haidian Education Committee, Member of Literary Federation and Artists Association, and First-class Artist of China Painting Academy. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Jiangxi Institute of Literature and Art 1984, the Chinese Department of Jiangxi Institute of Education 1992 and the Chinese Painting Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts 1996. In the same year, he was the editor-in-chief of China Campus Literature. In 2004, he was the assistant to the headmaster of Beijing Xubeihong Middle School. In 2005, he was the teacher of the middle school affiliated to Tsinghua University, with 20 10 teachers. He is currently the executive vice president of Beijing Qingyun Famous Painting and Calligraphy Institute and the president of China Science and Health Association Painting and Calligraphy Institute.
