Is it fat-reducing or fat-increasing to eat less and eat more?
Ongoing personal experience: eating little+eating a lot =2 months MINUS 15 kg. Because I work in an office, I have the conditions. Basically, once every hour or two, eat a little at a time, a fruit, an egg, a biscuit, two or three dried fruits such as dates and almonds, a small cup of yogurt and a box of milk, 1/. I usually go to the canteen to eat three meals a day. I usually eat half a bowl of vegetables, or two ribs, or two sushi, or a little noodles. I'm not jealous at all, and I'm not hungry, so I don't need strong willpower to persist, and I haven't felt any discomfort until now. I thought this was the ultimate way to lose weight.
