Autumn and winter nourishing soup
If your body is full of anger, you should choose sweet and cool soup materials, such as mung beans, coix seed, kelp, wax gourd, lotus seeds, and other Chinese herbal medicines such as swordfish and abrus cantonensis.
If your body is too cold, you should choose some hot soup, such as ginseng.

3. Four pieces of pork knuckle fish tripe soup
Formula: 2 pairs of pig's feet, fish maw 10g, cooked salted duck slices and fish fillets 10g, cooked pork maw slices and cooked pork liver slices 50g, Chinese cabbage and seasoning.
Method: cut open the fish belly and slice it; Wash pig's trotters, chop them, put them in a pot, add water to boil, and add onions, ginger, peppers, cooking wine, etc. And when they are half cooked, add fish maw and four slices, cook them, and add Chinese cabbage, salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.

Chicken soup tremella
Formula: chicken soup 1500g, tremella fuciformis 10g, lotus seed 15g, and proper seasoning.
Method: Open the auricularia auricula and lotus seeds, wash them, stew them in chicken soup, and add cooking wine and white rice.
Appropriate amounts of sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate. Stew until the ears and lotus are cooked, and take it with meals.

Formula: 1 chubby fish head, sliced ham, pork, mushrooms, onions and ginger.
