Na Ba village people occupy the dry land discount, compensation from fund-raising. Road construction occupied the paddy fields of other people in Guobu Village. First of all, the village committee does mass ideological work for free. In case people in the occupied area are unreasonable, they will be compensated at an appropriate discount from the fund-raising. If the road construction occupies the economic forest or timber forest in other villages, Party B shall coordinate with the township government to compensate for the discount, and the compensation fee shall be paid from the funds raised by Party A. 5. After Party B and the township government personnel coordinate the construction team to enter the site for construction, Party A will deposit 260,000 yuan into the account designated by Party B on the second day after the start of construction for road construction. The project payment must be paid under the supervision of the staff appointed by the township government.
Six, in the process of highway construction, the masses of Party A should actively cooperate with Party B to do a good job of coordination and forest compensation inventory to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
Seven. Matters not covered in this agreement shall be settled by both parties through consultation.

5. After the road is completed, Party B will often carry out irregular maintenance work, and Party A shall actively cooperate and shall not obstruct it.
6. Party B guarantees that the road section will be hardened in the spring of 20xx, starting from the date when the construction is completed and it passes smoothly. If Party B fails to harden the pavement within the specified time limit,
Party B has the right to control this passage until Party B hardens the pavement, and Party A has no other reason to block the road.
Four. Liability for breach of contract: If Party A breaches the contract, it shall return the land occupation compensation paid by Party B and bear all the economic losses caused to Party B; If Party B breaches the contract, Party A will not refund the land occupation fee and enjoy the right to dispose of the land again.
5. This agreement is made in triplicate, one for each party and one for the local government. This agreement shall come into force as of the date of signing.
Six, during the performance of the contract, in case of matters not covered, both parties shall settle them through consultation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be brought to the court.

First, why build roads?
As the saying goes, "If you want to be rich, you should build roads first" and "roads lead to all kinds of industries". Everyone must have heard of the village in Lingchuan County, Shanxi Province, which was once a poor and backward mountain village. The girl outside the mountain doesn't marry here, except for changing relatives, she is only single. 1962, a deputy secretary of the county party Committee went to the countryside and rode his horse to the cliff head, but he couldn't find the way down the mountain, which scared the horse to death. After returning, he specially allocated 3000 yuan to build roads for the villagers. The 3,000 yuan was put in a basket, hung on the cliff and sent to the village. Since then, the villagers have begun a difficult and long road construction process.
In the process of road construction, they invited engineers to boldly and innovatively formulate the road construction scheme of "building by the mountain, digging holes along the cliff, slagging out from the skylight and spiraling up". In order to raise money, they took out their savings to marry a daughter-in-law, gave a dowry, donated coffin money and sold their meager property. The village committee sold all the collectively owned trees, cattle, sheep and breeding houses, and even mortgaged several offices. They are determined to burn their bridges and fight to the death. Party member Commando, Youth Commando, Singles Death Team and Women Frontline Team have been set up in the village ... All the people in the village are engaged in road construction. In June 199 10, the road was finally opened. Now, people in that place live a happy life, and it has become a tourist attraction, attracting a large number of Chinese and foreign tourists.
Why tell this story? I just want to say one fact. We should rely on our strength to build a popular road. Why build roads? That is, we can't live like this.
Second, why should we raise funds?
First of all, the funds allocated by the state to the county for road construction are limited every year, and the funds for key projects in the county are also limited every year. If we build roads with state funds, I don't know if we will wait until the day of birth. Therefore, in the case of necessity, our village came up with the idea of raising funds to build roads. I think this idea is feasible. Why? Because this road is 3.5 kilometers long. According to the cost estimation of cement and Bai Qing in the market at present, it will cost about 1 ten thousand yuan. Our village has a population of 900 yuan on average, so the economic pressure is not too great. Think about the villagers, how much they have to pay to build that wall-hung highway hanging halfway up the mountain and for the happiness of their children and grandchildren. Compared with us, the difficulty we encountered is really nothing.
Secondly, there is a saying that unity is strength, and road construction is a major event related to the interests of the villagers in this village. It is everyone's business, not only the village cadres' business, but also the construction team's business. So rich and powerful, men, women and children in the village all contribute a little, a little money. There is no' flaming mountain' that can't be crossed, and there are no difficulties and obstacles that can't be crossed. At the same time, everyone should make suggestions, manage and supervise this fund, make good use of steel, be careful and never waste a penny of the hard-earned money of the masses. Learn from the villagers and Daqing oil workers. You must go if you can. If there are no conditions to create conditions, you must go. Never stop until you win.
Third, raising money to build roads is a feat of hard struggle in our village. Donating money to build roads is also a good thing to express love, warm people's hearts and unite people's hearts. It is also a good thing and practical thing to implement people-oriented and build a harmonious society. Therefore, we need to understand village cadres, understand the difficulties of the country, and actively participate in fund-raising and repair activities.
Third, why should we take the lead in donating money?
