Zhangpu County, located in nanbu county, south of the Golden Triangle in southern Fujian, is a coastal county in the south of Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. Founded in the second year of the Tang Dynasty (686), it has been called "Jinzhangpu" since the Ming Dynasty. Zhangpu County is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese and the ancestral home of Taiwan Province compatriots. There are 65,438+2,000 people in Taiwan, and Taiwan Province belongs to 26,000 people. Zhangpu County is located in the south coast of Fujian Province, southeast of Zhangzhou City, with the east longitude117 24'-1801'and the north latitude of 23 36'-24 21'. The east and southeast are bordered by the Taiwan Province Strait, the south and west are across the sea from Dongshan County, the southwest is connected with Yunxiao County, the west and northwest are adjacent to Pinghe County, and the north and northeast are adjacent to Longhai City.
