Steps of making glutinous rice balls
1, when cooking jiaozi, be sure to boil the water before entering jiaozi. During the period, gently push the dumplings with chopsticks or rice spoon to prevent the sticky pot and dumplings from sticking together;

2. Add glutinous rice balls, boil the pot again, then turn to low heat and add appropriate amount of cold water. In this way, the dumplings will not be born because of uneven heating or the stuffing of the dumplings is not completely cooked;

3. Add a small amount of cold water after each boiling, and repeat for three times. After adding cold water for the last time, cook jiaozi for a while, and then you can go out.

4. Precautions: Take jiaozi out of the freezer and put it directly into the pot, so that jiaozi will freeze hard after entering the pot, and there will be no sticky imagination between them, and it will not be washed away by water because the skin is too soft. It is not easy to break skin.
