Yongquan Point Location: Yongquan Point is the sole point of human body, which is located in the first third of the line between the suture heads of the 2nd and 3rd toes and the heel at the depression of the forefoot.
Yongquan point is a well point of kidney meridian. The so-called well point, which has been shared with you before, is where the kidney meridian starts.
The kidney meridian and pericardium meridian are relative in nature, belonging to water cooling, and their well points (Yongquan points) also have the same properties, so they are often used to nourish yin and replenish water.
Some people's eyes are red and swollen, and it is always bad to eat gunpowder. Finally, it is cured by massaging the soles of the feet. The reason why it has such a magical effect is because this man's fire is a virtual fire. The appearance of virtual fire is because there is less water, so it is necessary to replenish water to reduce fire. Massage Yongquan is equivalent to giving the body a nourishing yin medicine and replenishing water.
Some people's hearts are full of fire, and they are usually upset, sleepless and dreamy. If they take medicine, the doctor will prescribe bezoar to clear the heart, heavenly king to tonify the heart and so on, nourishing the heart yin while removing the fire, so as to calm the deficiency fire.
This kind of person can rub the palm of his hand first, and then rub the soles of his feet with the hot palm, so that the heart fire will meet the kidney water, and the heart fire floating all over the floor will fall down because of the kidney water, which is also called "igniting the fire back to Yuan" in Chinese medicine.
This method is often used to treat all kinds of inflammation caused by excessive heart fire, such as insomnia and aphtha, which is only on the tip of the tongue, with red tongue and upset.
Rub it for 5- 10 minutes before going to bed every day for a few days.
Method 2: Knead thenar!
A friend has been troubled by the problem of waking up early for many years. He woke up at three or four in the morning. Experts in many places have seen it and taken many drugs to treat insomnia, but the effect is not obvious.
I suggested that he rub the fishbone more. After learning that rubbing thenar was effective, he tried to rub thenar himself and really got rid of the problem of waking up early.
When rubbing thenar, be sure to rub it until it is not sour or painful, which is good.
What needs to be reminded here is that if you want to effectively improve insomnia, you should stick to rubbing the thenar every day instead of fishing for three days and drying the net for two days. No matter how good the medicine is, if it is not taken seriously, it is difficult to produce good curative effect.
Regulation principle
Chinese medicine believes that early awakening is generally caused by lung fire. If you often wake up around three o'clock in the morning, your heart and lungs may be on fire. Both the heart and lung pass through the thenar, so the fire of the heart and lung can be extinguished.

The method is simple: rub the thenar with both hands until it is hot.

Method 3: Move your toes and get enough sleep at one time.
