How to keep healthy rice paste?

Soak black beans, red beans, coix seed, soybeans and black rice for more than four hours in advance. I usually take a dip before going to bed the night before, and suggest putting it in the refrigerator in summer to prevent germination.

Put the soaked beans into the wall-breaking machine, add Lycium barbarum, red dates, walnuts and black sesame seeds to start the rice paste function of the wall-breaking machine, or rice paste or grain paste of the soymilk machine, and leave the rest to the machine.
