Generally speaking, there are two ways to eat cereal health powder juice:
Boiling water method
1, flushing: put a proper amount of powder (about 2 spoonfuls) into the cup and pour 3 times of boiling water (100℃).
2, soaking: do not stir, soak for a minute or two; (If it is a busy morning, you can brush your teeth and wash your face ...)
3, stirring: stir the powder and water with a spoon, add sugar or honey, condensed milk, salt, OK!
Tip: Choose a bigger cup or bowl, which will make it easier to stir.
Microwave method
1, put a proper amount of powder (about 2 spoonfuls) into a bowl and pour 3 times of cold water;
2. Stir gently until the powder and water are completely dissolved and there is no powder caking;
3. Put it in the microwave oven and "ding" 1 min. Take it out and add sugar or honey, condensed milk and salt. All right!
Tips: The length of microwave time depends on the amount of water. If there is more water, the time should be extended.
