Efficacy and function of red bean crucian carp soup

Using adzuki bean and crucian carp to make soup can give full play to its diuretic and repercussive effects and relieve the edema symptoms of nephrotic syndrome. If tangerine peel and tsaoko are added to the soup, the effect will be better.

Practice of red bean crucian carp soup

Ingredients: adzuki bean 150g, crucian carp 300g, ginger, cooking wine 15g, salt 5g.

Exercise:

1. Wash adzuki beans for later use.

2. Put the red beans into the soup pot and soak them in1500g of water for 30 minutes.
