Sun Tzu said, "General is wise, trustworthy, benevolent, brave and strict." As a general, you must have five moral accomplishments: wisdom, faithfulness, benevolence, courage and strictness.
Wang Zhe's explanation of these five virtues is: "A wise man who has foresight but is not confused can make a plan and change his mind;" Believers, command one also; Benevolent people, with compassion, win the hearts of the people; Brave, not afraid of righteousness, can be resolute; Strict people will be serious and authoritative. All five are indispensable. "
These are all about how a general commands the army, that is, how to manage a team, so it is the way of management.
