I. Governance of political affairs
It is said that when Cao Can first became prime minister, 1 called a lot of Confucian scholars and learned elders to ask about the way of governing the country. At this time, someone recommended an old man to Cao Can. This old man is Lao Zi. Laozi's general plan of governing the country is to govern by doing nothing, conform to nature and recuperate. Cao Can carried out this thought well and governed Qi for 9 years. Arguably, the country governed by this ideology may not be better, but because Cao Can is in the post-war era, the people just need to recuperate. Cao Can is extremely correct in this way and has made remarkable achievements, so he is called a wise man.
Second, Xiao Sui
Because he did a good job as prime minister in Qi State, Cao Can was pulled to Chang 'an to take charge of power. Theoretically, there should be some big moves after Cao Can reached the summit, but in fact, after Cao Can arrived in Chang 'an, he just wanted to eat, drink and be merry, and did nothing else. Other officials saw that Cao Can came to power in this way, so they followed suit. Some people don't like Cao Can, so they ask him why. Cao Can's explanation is that in the past, Emperor Gaozu and George W. Guo Xiang set the world and made laws. Now I just need to abide by the law and follow the rules set by my predecessors, that is, do a good job in politics. How dare I expect to surpass them? This is the story of the famous Xiao in Sui Dynasty.
Third, take the name of Xianxiang.
According to Cao Can's ruling style, three years later, he was named a wise man, and the people also made up songs to praise his achievements. However, we must pay attention to one thing. Cao Can's ruling style is feasible because as the founding hero of this generation, such ministers are tired of fighting and just want to rest, and the people's idea after the war is to recuperate, so Cao Can's approach is feasible.
