Two. purpose

Three. Organizational structure and functions

Article 1: The organizing principle of the Association is democratic centralism, and the highest authority is the Council.

Article 2: The Council is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the meeting of the Federation of Associations and the meeting of the Council. The Council is composed of President, Vice President, Secretary General, Finance Department, Planning Department, Organization Department, Social Practice Department and Minister of Propaganda Department.

President: Responsible for the overall work of the Association, convening and organizing meetings, guiding, supervising and coordinating internal work, proposing work plans and summarizing work, asking for instructions from relevant departments in time, actively seeking support and help from leaders, strengthening communication with foreign schools and expanding the influence of the Association. Vice-Chairman: Assist the Chairman in his work and run the various literary and artistic activities of the Association. When the president is not in The Times, there are two vice presidents.

The above board members are elected by the board meeting, and the president can only be approved by the college association. The last president proposed that the board of directors pass the approval of the Federation of College Associations, and unqualified board members will be dismissed. Those who violate the school rules and regulations will be dealt with by the school.

Eight: Obtaining and Cancelling Membership

First, fill in the registration form and submit it to the association. You can become a member of our association. If you are a member of the association, you will be disqualified from the association if you seriously violate the school rules and discipline, fail to abide by the association rules, miss the meeting for five times, and do not assume your own responsibilities.

IX. Procedures for amending the Articles of Association and other explanations

The articles of association shall be handed over from the previous president to the next president. If the next president needs to be revised, he should first obtain the consent of the Federation of College Associations, and then revise it after discussion by the members of the Council. After revision, it shall be submitted to the Youth League Committee for approval. Decide on the revision of the articles of association.
