Chinese medicine says that "stomach disharmony leads to restless sleep", because people need to rest at night, and so does the spleen and stomach. Eating too much at dinner will increase the burden on the spleen and stomach, disturb the yang of the spleen and stomach, and thus affect sleep. Therefore, dinner should be seven or eight minutes full, as light as possible, protect the spleen and stomach, and clear the yang.
It is not advisable to exercise vigorously before going to bed and disturb the yang, including watching TV, talking and chatting before going to bed and other activities that disturb the yang. Moreover, the radiation of TV, audio and other electrical appliances will interfere with the autonomic nerves of the human body. Therefore, it is not advisable to do strenuous exercise, watch TV or chat half an hour before going to bed.
Wind is the beginning of all diseases, and it is pervasive. Sleeping at night, opening the window and turning on the air conditioner will blow away the yang on the body surface of the guards. After being blown away, Yang will regenerate and be blown away by the wind after regeneration. This will dry people's yang overnight and make them more tired the next day. Therefore, close the doors and windows and air conditioning before going to bed to protect the yang on the body surface.
