In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in our city, consolidate the hard-won prevention and control achievements, effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, and find infected people in time, the requirements for nucleic acid detection of key units and personnel are hereby notified as follows:

1, centralized isolation place management and service personnel, medical staff of designated medical institutions in COVID-19, medical staff of fever clinics and emergency departments of non-designated medical institutions, and cleaning staff of corresponding units were tested twice every 7 days. For other departments of non-designated medical institutions, supervisors and employees of imported cold-chain food, 1 nucleic acid detection was conducted every 7 days.

2. Carry out health monitoring for front-line workers in farmers' markets, market supervision systems, employees in specific service places such as express transportation, and carry out 1 sampling nucleic acid detection every 7 days.

3, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and other public places strictly implement measures such as scanning code for temperature measurement, ventilation and disinfection, and wearing masks. , and sign the commitment letter of epidemic prevention and control, put or hang the public signs of the responsible units and responsible persons for epidemic prevention and control in a conspicuous position, and the personnel on duty must complete the whole process of vaccination. And set up a mobile supervisor to supervise and persuade personnel to wear masks scientifically and regularly. Those who are ineffective in dissuasion and affect public order will be dealt with by the public security organs in accordance with the law. Service personnel in high-mobility places conduct 1 sampling nucleic acid detection every 7 days. All employees in closed public places, such as entertainment places, Internet service places, hairdressing and bathing centers, etc., have a 1 nucleic acid test every 7 days.

4, parking lots and other crowded and mobile places, as well as cars, trains and other closed vehicles, to implement ventilation, cleaning and disinfection, scanning code temperature measurement, nucleic acid detection certificate inspection and other prevention and control measures. Staff who are in direct contact with passengers, such as service personnel and drivers, are tested for 1 nucleic acid once a week, and cleaning staff are tested for nucleic acid twice a week.

5, all employees in the construction industry daily health monitoring, nucleic acid testing every month 1 times, new employees must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours before taking up their posts.

7. In principle, the upper limit of indoor reception personnel shall not exceed 50% of the quota, and the outdoor reception personnel shall not exceed 75% of the quota. In film and television screening, the interval between films should be increased, the rest time between films should be extended, and different theaters should be staged in different periods to avoid audience gathering. After each screening, the cinema should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

8. The responsible unit needs to establish a ledger for personnel's nucleic acid detection and daily health monitoring. The nucleic acid detection can be mixed with 1: 10 or 1:5.

9, all units should conscientiously implement the main responsibility of the legal person, conscientiously implement the "double festival" during the above-mentioned risk groups of nucleic acid detection work, the relevant industry authorities to fulfill their regulatory responsibilities. Party and government organs, enterprises, institutions and industries will cancel group meetings, dinners, annual meetings, large-scale condolences and other activities, and strictly control exhibitions, promotions, cultural performances and sports events. Reduce the number of rural fairs and temple fairs, strictly control the flow of people at fairs and temple fairs, and prohibit holding performances at fairs and temple fairs.
