The classification of physique by ancient and modern physicians can be said that different people have different opinions. On April 9, 2009, China's first TCM constitution classification and judgment standard was officially released, which is the first document in China to understand and standardize the research and application of TCM constitution, aiming at providing basis for constitution identification, prevention, health care and health management of TCM constitution-related diseases, and making constitution classification scientific and standardized.
The standard divides physique into nine types: peace, qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, phlegm dampness, damp heat, blood stasis, qi stagnation and idiosyncrasy.

The peace constitution is the most stable and healthy constitution. The proportion of people with peaceful constitution is about 32.75%, which is about 1/3. Because phlegm-dampness does not run smoothly, it is often called "phlegm-dampness". People with this constitution are often accompanied by liver, gallbladder, spleen and stomach disorders, endocrine disorders and so on.

Damp heat constitution refers to the physical state characterized by damp heat. When we see Chinese medicine, we often hear doctors say "damp heat". So, what is "damp heat"? The so-called "wet", that is, the so-called water wet, it is divided into external wet and internal wet. External humidity is caused by humid climate, wading in the rain or wet indoor, which makes external moisture invade the human body; Internal dampness is a pathological product, which is often related to digestive function. The so-called "heat" is a kind of thermal image. "Heat" and "dampness" coexist in "damp heat", or because the weather is hot and humid in summer and autumn, the combination of damp heat invades the human body, or because of "Yang-heat constitution", the heat turns from yang to heat, so the coexistence of damp heat is very common. Idiopathic constitution is also called idiosyncratic constitution and allergy. It refers to the constitution in a special state caused by genetic factors and congenital factors, mainly including allergic constitution, hereditary disease constitution, fetal constitution and so on. Hereditary diseases include hemophilia, congenital stupidity and "five stagnation", "no weakness" and "craniectomy" Fetal diseases include fetal cold, fetal fever, fetal shock, fetal fat, fetal weakness and so on. People with allergies usually have poor adaptability to seasonal climate. Some people often have stuffy nose, sneezing and runny nose even if they don't catch a cold, and are allergic to drugs, food, smell, pollen and seasonal changes. The skin often has purplish red petechiae and ecchymosis due to allergies, and the skin often has scratches and scratches. Some people with special physique are prone to urticaria, wheal, addictive rash, asthma and cough, hay fever, asthma and other diseases, which often lead to chronic diseases. Pinghe quality
Diet should be moderate, don't eat raw, cold, overheated or unclean food often, and coarse grains flour and rice should be reasonably matched.
