After years of rhinitis conditioning for five or six years
chapter one

1.

Many years of rhinitis.

I believe that only people with the same experience can experience the pain of old rhinitis for many years.

I got up in the morning and sneezed a dozen or even dozens, and my nose kept running;

In the bad air environment, I started sneezing and wiping my nose;

Sleep at night with a stuffy nose and snoring.

Eating some peppers will make your throat inflamed and you will sneeze wildly. You can't enjoy the rhythm of food at all.

2.

Seek medical advice everywhere.

When people reach middle age, healthy qi declines and diseases occur more and more frequently. The so-called quantitative change will lead to qualitative change, so we must pay attention to it and rise up to deal with it.

I started seeing doctors in different hospitals or clinics.

At that time, the unit group had a welfare, and a provincial Chinese medicine doctor was invited to the unit for consultation every week. Went to see it many times in a row.

There is a city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine near the company, which has been there many times in a row.

There is a private clinic near the company. The doctor is the third-generation disciple of the famous doctor Mr. Li Kelao, and has been here for many times in succession.

The experience after trying is:

The level of doctors in municipal Chinese medicine hospitals is the most average. I have changed several doctors, and some obviously prescribe drugs according to books. Their attitude is that they are impatient and prescribe drugs casually. Although some people have a good attitude and good medical skills, they can only solve a little problem for patients, and there will be no more.

The level of Chinese medicine in the province is indeed much higher, but it still can't solve my rhinitis problem, and there is no hope of radical cure.

Disciples of famous doctors in private clinics have the best medical skills. Every time I see a doctor, I feel that I have really solved the emergency problem. But because rhinitis is a chronic disease, not an emergency, it belongs to sub-health and needs long-term conditioning to be cured. In the process of conditioning, I still feel that no one can grasp the most fundamental problem of my illness.

So I began to think, why can't so many doctors help me solve the problem?

After thinking about it, I read many books related to Chinese medicine, mainly inspired by the works of Ma Yueling and Luo Dalun. I finally figured it out:

First of all, the person who knows our bodies best in the world is ourselves, and there is no one else.

If a person with good medical skills has treated you since childhood, then this doctor may be the one who knows your body best. But in modern society, there is basically no such opportunity for him to be responsible for seeing a doctor since he was a child. Perhaps the rich will have this consideration, and the general public basically has no such possibility. In particular, many hospitals are a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, neither fish nor fowl. Western medicine has the advantages of western medicine, and Chinese medicine has the advantages of Chinese medicine. If you want to combine the two to treat diseases, it is basically impossible to focus on either one.

Secondly, there are many physical problems and problems everywhere. How to treat them? Where to go for treatment first?

I found that doctors are generally good at treating emergencies, such as colds and fever, and doctors prescribe drugs, which generally have effects. However, if the disease is not treated, sub-health people have many problems, but they are not emergencies, but these problems will lead to emergencies or terminal diseases sooner or later. Where to start the treatment at this time? I quite agree with the idea of the best doctor I have ever seen to cultivate healthy qi, but after taking medicine myself, I think it is not enough, but I know the doctor doesn't know. Only I know how my body reacts. Doctors don't really care. Doctors only trust their own judgment.

The relationship between doctors and patients is not harmonious enough, and the lack of trust is indeed a great hidden danger.

chapter two

3.

It is better to seek medical treatment than to seek for yourself.

So I finally made up my mind to take charge of my own pace. See a doctor in case of emergency, or if you can't handle it yourself, see a doctor.

Step 1: Self-diagnosis

1, tongue diagnosis

The tongue is white and greasy, watery, with obvious tongue coating marks on both sides, and the tongue is swollen.

If we analyze the results of tongue diagnosis, firstly, it is wet and weak.

2. Philosophical analysis of symptom pathology.

If you eat some Chili peppers, you will have a sore throat. Inflammation analysis shows that your body is blocked seriously.

If you analyze from sneezing and runny nose, lung cold is very serious.

In fact, when I think about it carefully, I feel that my heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys are all deficient in cold and fire. There are sick little flames everywhere, but there is no medicine in the world that can be extinguished at the same time.

Any kind of diagnosis and treatment method should be to put out the fire in the most important place first, and then cultivate one's healthy qi, so that the body's vitality can play a role and heal itself. That's the most advanced treatment.

But I haven't studied Chinese medicine, so I didn't understand this philosophical problem before.

3. Seek the root cause first and find the root cause.

First of all, analyze the cause, saying that a long time ago, the root of the disease was buried. ......

I am the third in my family. When my mother gave birth to me, my health was not as good as before, and my father's physical fitness was not very strong, so my eldest brother and second child in front of me were stronger than me.

Rubella eczema is easy to break out when I was a child.

Looking back now, it should be a primary school cold, which has not completely improved, laying the foundation for rhinitis.

After all, the cold of that year was just taking some medicine, and the medical conditions and awareness of conditioning were very poor.

In short, chronic rhinitis develops slowly with a runny nose. Probably from elementary school to junior high school, it is the initial stage.

The pain of rhinitis is endless. Get up in the morning and sneeze wildly, smell a pungent smell and sneeze wildly. If you accidentally catch a cold, you can't tell whether it is a rhinitis attack or a cold. The symptoms of both are the same. The worst thing is that memory and concentration are affected. I remember being smart when I was a child, and then I went to high school and found it obviously a little hard to study.

When I was a freshman, I went to treat rhinitis. The doctor rudely stabbed the medicine into my nostril and it was still bleeding. I cried and suffered painful treatment. Actually, it's useless

When I was in college, because I was studying in a city with a good environment, the air quality was good, and I was young and strong, and my body recovered a lot. Allergic symptoms gradually disappeared, and rhinitis was much better. However, working in Guangzhou after graduation, the city with poor air quality eventually led to the recurrence of rhinitis. Coupled with old age, it is estimated that the ability of healthy qi to control diseases is also weakening.

If it doesn't break out in silence, it will die out in silence. After reading a lot of relevant information, I finally made a preliminary self-regulation plan.

Teacher Luo Dalun once said that it had a great influence on me. If the physical problems are complicated and you don't know where to start, then get rid of dampness first.

In addition, I read an article analyzing rhinitis, saying that cold and dampness in the body is one of the main causes of rhinitis.

The first step of treatment. I decided to get rid of dampness first.

There are many ways to get rid of dampness. I chose two prescriptions recommended by Mr Luo Dalun to soak my feet.

My stomach is bad and I can't take medicine for a long time, so soaking my feet is a more suitable method for me.

The first prescription is: Wendan decoction is flavored.

The second prescription is: Sanren decoction is flavored.

Every time I go to the drugstore, I buy 3- 10 dose, boil medicine to soak my feet every night, and occasionally drink two.

After soaking your feet for about half a month, you can see that most of the moisture has been removed, the tongue coating is much cleaner, the tongue body is not fat, and the tongue print has subsided a lot.

Rhinitis has improved, but eliminating dampness is only a temporary solution, and it is easy to relapse.

At this time, rhinitis has probably improved 10%. With progress, there is motivation and confidence.

Next, you have to start the next step of conditioning. ......

Next, I will find the classic rhinitis prescription of famous doctor Huang Yuanyu from the recommendation of teacher Luo Dalun, and continue to share it in the next chapter.

The way to acquire profound knowledge and lofty morality is so far away that I will wholeheartedly look for them from heaven to hell. ......

It's really great to regulate yourself. The effect is the clearest, the cost is not expensive, and you don't have to look at the doctor's face. Although it is difficult to find famous doctors around, there are too many teachers on the Internet who can learn from each other. Thanks to information automation and the online world.

chapter three

1.

Famous doctor Huang Yuanyu's prescription for rhinitis

Huang Yuanyu, a famous doctor in Qing Dynasty, was a legend. He is eager to learn and has taken the imperial examination since he was a child. As a result, he fell ill and met a quack, which led to blindness and ruined his future. Later, he studied medicine hard and became a generation of famous doctors. Huang Yuanyu worships Zhang Zhongjing, Huangdi, Qi Baishi and Bian Que.

There are many prescriptions for rhinitis in Huang Yuanyu's "Four Sages Heart Source". According to Luo Dalun's article, I chose two foot baths:

A decoction suitable for cold syndrome: Radix Platycodi and Radix Scrophulariae.

A prescription suitable for heat syndrome: Schisandra plaster.

These two prescriptions are used interchangeably, because now people's bodies are not simply cold syndrome or heat syndrome, but mostly complex diseases mixed with cold and heat.

My own experience in using these two drugs is that Platycodon grandiflorum and Scrophularia root are used to regulate qi, and Schisandra chinensis plaster soup is suitable for inflammation.

Later, I felt that my body was mixed with cold and heat, so I concentrated on the platycodon grandiflorum Shen Yuan soup, adding gypsum and bamboo shavings, and felt that the adjusted prescription was more suitable for me. This recipe and Wendan soup in the last article are my favorite recipes for soaking feet. Regular use can consolidate the effect.

After soaking feet for a period of time, I feel rhinitis is better by about 50%. It is no longer every day, but occasionally, and it is impossible to completely break the tail.

2.

Rhinitis with an unresolved cold

Later, I saw another rhinitis prescription recommended by teacher Luo Dalun, which is suitable for rhinitis with an unhealed cold. I went to a Chinese medicine shop and bought a foot bath, which felt effective.

One of the root causes of my illness is that I still have a cold. So this prescription is actually very symptomatic, so the three prescriptions take turns soaking their feet. After a period of time, rhinitis is about 60% better.

3.

Nasal oil

Later, I caught a cold and rhinitis, and went to the Chinese medicine clinic to see a doctor. I am not impressed by the medicine prescribed by the doctor, but I am deeply impressed by the Chinese medicine treatment service he prescribed. I didn't pay much attention when I paid the money, because the doctor didn't say anything to me either. This is also the reason why I think the doctor-patient relationship is prone to distrust. Doctors basically say nothing and have no affinity.

Results This Chinese medicine still needs to poke the nasal cavity, and then apply Chinese medicine to the deep part of the nasal cavity, because there is inflammation in the deep part of the nasal cavity.

I have to say, I was shocked. Because many years ago, when I was a freshman, I was stabbed in the nose by Chinese medicine, which was very painful.

The doctor comforted me that this treatment is not afraid of children, so I reluctantly put up with it.

But the past is unbearable, and I really advise you not to try it easily. It's so uncomfortable, tears and runny nose flow together.

I was really uncomfortable that afternoon, so I washed my nose with warm water before I came to my senses.

This Chinese medicine treatment service certainly has some effect, but it is not enough to make me summon up courage to continue trying.

Later, I caught a cold and got rhinitis again. I went to see another doctor. He prescribed nose oil for me to apply at home. There is no irritation, but it moistens the nasal cavity and relieves rhinitis. I liked it after I used it. I must use it to clean my nose every night. It is very useful.

There should be no Chinese medicine in the nose oil. It is purely because if rhinitis attacks, the nasal cavity will dry easily, because there is already a problem with the secretion of body fluids. Especially in winter, if the nasal cavity is dry in the heating room in the north, it is prone to nasal mucus (nasal secretions) caking, uncomfortable nose and sneezing. You will feel allergic when you sneeze.

After a period of conditioning, my rhinitis finally improved by 70%. But the effect seems to be so far, and it is impossible to continue to obtain further effects.

I think it is necessary to adjust the conditioning ideas again:

At this time, we will enter the third stage, which is also the most important and final stage-

The fundamental problem of regulating healthy qi

The next stage of conditioning is finally coming on stage.

This is a never-ending effort, but stick to it every day and make a little progress.

As long as I can keep the balance of qi and everything is normal, I will be satisfied. ......

chapter four

Years of old rhinitis and allergic rhinitis, after a long period of conditioning, conditioning for three or four years, and finally improved by about 70%.

But it is more important to cultivate healthy qi in order to completely drive away the root cause. Therefore, the final stage of the attack is to concentrate on conserving physical strength. Let the body solve this old disease by itself.

In fact, our human body has a self-healing system, but if the vital qi is insufficient, we can only strive to maintain the operation of the main parts of the body. For the root cause that is not threatening for the time being, the body has no extra qi and blood to pay attention to.

At this time, we only need to do one thing, that is, focus on nourishing qi and blood, enhancing healthy qi and giving the body time to heal itself.

Regarding the specific measures, my own experience is:

Stud: hiding yang, especially the yang of the governor's vein.

Moxibustion: You can moxibustion Tang Yin, Xiang Ying, lung meridian, plaster point on the back, and Guanyuan point on the abdomen.

Eight Vajrayana Kung Fu: The Eight Vajrayana Kung Fu given to all sentient beings by Professor Zhang Zhishun Lao Dao is a good way to nourish qi and blood, and it should be practiced at least once a day.

As long as the above three methods persist for more than one year, you can see the effect.

Getting sick doesn't happen overnight, freezing for three feet is not a cold day, and thawing also requires long-term persistence, not overnight.

I'm still holding on. I feel my body changes every six months. I believe that as long as I persist, my body will become more and more normal and rhinitis will recur less and less.

In 2022, happy and healthy. Let's go
