What's the difference between yoga and jujitsu?
Yoga originated in ancient India and is one of the six philosophical schools in ancient India. It explores the truth and method of "the unity of Brahma and Me". Yoga posture uses ancient and easy-to-master skills to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities. It is an exercise method to achieve the harmony and unity of body, mind and spirit, including posture method, breathing method and meditation method, so as to achieve the unity of body and mind.

Jiu Jitsu is a special form of acrobatics, that is, bending the human body to a position that is difficult for ordinary people to reach. Jiu Jitsu often appears as part of acrobatic performances.

The difference between yoga and jujitsu is that the purpose of practice is completely different. The main purpose of jujitsu is performance, while the purpose of yoga practice is to practice comprehensively from three aspects: body, mind and spirit. In this process, it needs the cooperation of posture, breathing, meditation, relaxation and other skills, with the aim of complete health and self-practice. So although yoga and jujitsu are similar, they are far from each other.
