The practice and steps of frying three dishes
1. Material: broccoli100g, peas100g, purple cabbage 80g, salt and yuanzhen sugar.

2. Wash and cut broccoli into small flowers, wash sweet beans to remove the head, tail and tendons, and sprinkle purple cabbage into small pieces by hand for later use;

3. Heat the oil pan, and put the spare green pepper slices, ginger slices and minced garlic into the pan for frying;

4. Pour in the hard-boiled sweet beans and broccoli and stir well. You can paste the pot with a little water.
