Meridian circulation of head

First, the head

1, Du Mai. Du meridian is located in the midline of human back, which is the most healthy meridian in human body.

Du meridian goes up from Baihui point on the top of the head to perineum.

Baihui point is the point where the Du Meridian, Liver Meridian and Bladder Meridian meet, and it is the intersection of all human yang, and all human yang is gathered here.

2, bladder meridian. The bladder meridian starts from Jingming point, which is a little off the Du meridian of the midline of the human body.

3. Gallbladder. The gallbladder meridian is slightly biased towards the bladder meridian, and migraine belongs to the problem of the gallbladder meridian.

Second, the forehead

On the forehead, what comes down from the brow bone is the stomach meridian. Frontal pain is a disease of stomach meridian, which is caused by excessive moisture.

The most serious headache is "top pain", that is, pain at Baihui point, which is related to liver blood deficiency and excessive sexual intercourse. Pain in the back of the head belongs to yang deficiency.

Third, the brain.

The brain is a strange and unchanging house.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the brain is called the home of strange and constant. As the old saying goes: brain, marrow, bone, pulse, gallbladder and daughter cells. These six things, born of the gas of the earth, are all hidden in the yin and like the earth, so they are hidden without diarrhea, so they are called the house of constant gas.

Traditional medicine believes that the human spinal cord is congenital and the brain is acquired, so there is a saying that the brain is the marrow sea.

Taoism divides the human brain into nine palaces, and the middle one is called "Mrs. Mud Pill". Since it is called "Madam", it means that the brain is negative, but Huangdi Neijing holds that "the brain is the meeting of all yang meridians" and the brain is the place where all yang meridians converge, so the brain is yang. This is a difference between Chinese medicine and Taoism in understanding the brain.

Fourth, meridians enter the brain

According to the chaos theory in Huangdi Neijing Lingshu, the essence of the five internal organs enters the brain with the eyes. The liver opens the eyes, so the eyes are the external manifestations of our internal organs and gods, and they are the most dispersed part of our brain power.

Six meridians enter the brain.

The first is the Du Meridian. The du meridian enters the medullary sea and enters the brain.

The second is the bladder meridian, which enters the brain from the top, and the bladder meridian governs Yang Qi. Many people suffer from amnesia now. In fact, amnesia is a weak disease in Yang Qi, and Yang Qi can't enter the brain with the bladder meridian, which leads people to forget things frequently.

In our human body, the brain, heart and kidney can't be ischemic for a moment, and the meridians in the upper part of the brain that control blood are the liver meridians. The liver governs storing blood, and it passes through the top and enters the brain.

Both the yang and yin in the eight strange meridians enter the back of the brain, and the brain controls the coordination of our actions. I don't quite understand what yin and yang are in the eight strange meridians. )

Stomach meridian also enters the brain. The nutrients we ingest are lost to the heart and lungs through the stomach meridian and also to the brain. The stomach meridian also enters the brain along the eye. This is also the reason why our minds are not clear when we are hungry.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) Maintenance of brain

Knowing the meridians entering the brain, let us understand that if we want to maintain the brain well, we must eat well, nourish blood and strengthen yang, so that we will be energetic and sharp-minded.

Taoism has the saying of "Three Dantian". Taoism believes that the brain is the gathering place of upper abdomen and essence; The heart is the abdomen, the gathering place of divine power; The lower abdomen (lower abdomen) is the lower abdomen, which is the gathering place of essence and the place where essence and essence can be born. Essence is born in the lower abdomen, qi is born in the middle abdomen, and god is born in the upper abdomen; Zhongdiantian is also a place where essence, qi and spirit are transformed.

Taoist health care believes that the real longevity is "long life and long knowledge", that is, the eyes should be particularly good and the mind should be particularly clear. The way to cultivate the brain is to practice meditation and meditate.

When sitting quietly, it is best to put your hands together on your chest, with the palm root facing Zhongshan point, the palm tip leaning 30 degrees outward, and your eyes drooping to gather your mind. This is very effective for calming the heart and meditation.

The best way to exercise your brain is to exercise the flexibility of your hands. Practice calligraphy, painting, playing the piano, abacus, walnuts played by the elderly, etc. They all exercise their hands to achieve the purpose of exercising their brains. Frequently bumping your fingertips is also a good way to exercise your brain. It's simple and can be practiced all the time.

In addition, eating eight points full, eating too much, and having too much oil is not good for the brain; It is necessary to have a good sleep, which can really replenish the brain; Getting your brain to do exercise often means thinking hard and keeping your brain calm, which is very good for your brain.
