"Huangdi Neijing" describes winter health preservation: "In winter and March, this is called closing Tibet. Water and ice lie on the ground, not disturbing the sun. If you go to bed early and get up late, you must wait for the sun, so your ambition will be hidden. If there is private intention, if there is, it will warm the cold, and if it is not vented, it will make the skin exhausted. This winter's qi should be the way to nourish the viscera, but if you go against it, it will hurt your kidneys. Spring will wither, and few people will survive. "
Every winter, many women and the elderly will have chills in their hands, feet and waist, and even in severe cases, they will often stay awake at night because of cold limbs. Although it is better during the day, it is also cold. At this time, massaging Yangchi point has a warming effect, which can make your hands and feet no longer cold.
Acupoint selection: Lift the back of your hand upward. Among the wrinkles on the wrist, there is a wrinkle closest to the back of the hand, and there is a tender point in the center-Yangchi point.
"Yangchi" itself means accumulating solar heat energy. Sometimes the yang of the human body doesn't work, indicating that there is turbid gas in the stomach. "If the turbid gas does not go, new blood will not be born." Stimulating this acupoint can restore the function of triple energizer meridians and conduct heat energy to the whole body.
As the temperature drops, especially in winter, people are more likely to catch a cold and get sick, and people's immunity will decline with the change of seasons. So how to improve your immunity in winter? I suggest you press the following four acupoints for a long time.
1, Fengchi point
Acupoint selection: Fengchi point is horizontal to Fengfu point, located in the depression behind mastoid, belonging to the gallbladder meridian of foot shaoyang-the gallbladder meridian absorbs the heat of qi and blood and turns into yang-hot atmosphere, hence the name. When operating, the tip of the needle is inclined to the tip of the nose by 0.5 inch, or it can be stabbed directly. At ordinary times, you can fix it with four fingers at home and twist your thumb hard to achieve a feeling of soreness.
Efficacy: Fengchi point has a good therapeutic effect on headache, dizziness, insomnia, stiff neck and facial diseases, and it will not cause harm to the body if pressed more.
2. Quchi point
Acupoint selection: Quchi point belongs to the large intestine meridian of hand Yangming, which is located outside the arm and at the end of right-angled elbow flexion. When you massage, you can hold your elbow with the palm of your other hand and press your thumb down hard until you feel sore and swollen during the massage. Repeat three times.
Efficacy: Quchi point is helpful for all kinds of fever, upper limb disadvantage and inflammation, and female friends with irregular menstruation can also stimulate this point frequently.
3. Hegu point
Acupoint selection: Hegu point is a common acupuncture point for TCM health preservation, and the muscle protrusion is the highest after the thumb and palm are close together. Clinically, it is often used as an acupoint for hemostasis and analgesia, and attention should be paid to avoiding the underlying bone structure when operating.
Efficacy: It belongs to the large intestine meridian and has a certain therapeutic effect on various lung diseases. In addition, constipation, amenorrhea and other problems can also be alleviated here.
4. Zusanli point
Acupoint selection: When sitting up, Zusanli is located three inches below the external knee and one finger on the outside of the tibia. Press and knead until you feel sore, and then rub your legs repeatedly from bottom to top and from top to bottom along your calf.
Efficacy: Zusanli is located on the stomach meridian, which has the functions of drying spleen and dampness and generating stomach qi; Because the meridians follow the legs, it can also relieve cough and asthma, soreness of the waist and knees, bowel sounds and abdominal distension.
