1, new mind map
Click "New Brain Map" to quickly make a blank mind map; You can also right-click on a blank page and select "New Brain Map".
2. Add a node
There are two ways to add a node. The first way is to select any node, press "Tab" to add subordinate nodes, press "Enter" to add sibling nodes, and press "Shift+Tab" to add superior nodes. Second, select any node and click the Add Node button at the top of the software to complete the node addition.
3. Mobile node
Select a node and drag the mouse to move the node position at will. If you move Node A to Node B, Node A will automatically become a subset of Node B. In addition, you can move up the node by the shortcut key "Alt+Up" and move down the node by "Alt+Down".
4. Add and delete relationship lines
Select the target node, and click the relationship line on the left side of the interface to start adding the relationship line. Select another node, and the relationship line will automatically connect the two nodes. Drag the yellow handle to adjust the angle of the relationship line at will.
Step 5 choose a theme
After entering a new brain map, the software will default to a theme style. If you need to make changes, click the "Theme" toolbar on the left to make changes. If you want to design your favorite theme style, just click on the theme in turn and select "Customize" to adjust the sizes of the connecting lines, borders and rounded corners.
Step 6 arrange the layout
If the layout of mind map is confusing, you can click "Arrange Layout" in the toolbar to adjust the layout of mind map.
7, save the mind map
GitMind provides the service of automatically saving user data changes, but if you have problems such as network delay and temporary disconnection, you can manually save the data yourself. Click the Save button at the top of the screen to save your changes.
8, export mind map
Click the "Export" button in the upper right corner of the screen, and you can choose to export as pictures, PDF files and TXT text.
