Section II Relaxation Method

Qingquan first brainwashes (brain marrow), trachea, lung, heart, liver, gallbladder, spleen, kidney, bladder, large intestine and small intestine, and then passes through the legs to eliminate the sick and turbid gas on the soles of the feet (you don't have to think so carefully when exercising, just wash the internal organs). Then extract the fifth layer of bone marrow. When washing bone marrow, I feel that there is no muscle in my whole body, only human bones, that is, only skeleton, no muscle. It means that the clear spring washes the cranial cavity first, and then washes the cervical vertebra, scapula, upper arm bone, lower arm bone, phalanx, spine, ribs, pelvis, thigh bone, calf bone and toe bone. Or eliminate the sick air and turbid air of the foot.

From the outside to the inside, wash the fifth floor once and repeat it two or three times. This is a purging method, and no washing is allowed. Wash less. No matter the breathing at the beginning of exercise, you should cooperate with breathing after mastering the skills, that is, when exhaling, you should wash the clear spring from the beginning down.

Pore gas extraction method is divided into two layers.

When inhaling, both arms are opened to the left and right at the same time (the opening range is within 30 degrees), and the pores of the whole body are intentionally opened; When exhaling, the arm returns to the natural drooping posture, and the pores of the whole body are intentionally closed. Two-layer pore gas recovery method

(1) When inhaling, keep your hands still, make your pores open naturally, and inhale the fresh air in the universe and the energy of nature from your whole body pores; When exhaling, the pores of the whole body naturally close, and the inhaled fresh air and energy are locked into the body. So inhale and exhale once and repeat eight times.

I don't want to breathe through my nose. My pores seem to be breathing. I inhale and exhale once, repeating eight times or multiples of eight.

Note: when refining pores and collecting gas, you should first choose a place with good air or a place with strong geomagnetic field for practice.

Pore gas collection method is a supplementary method, which can collect more and is beneficial and harmless. The cold and heat can't be harmed, the hard work can't be worried, the spirit is refreshing, the life is infinite, and it grows into an old man. Section 5 Field Sheet Gas Gathering Method

When inhaling, the pores and cells in the body are inhaling; When I exhale, I intentionally gather the whole body's qi in the abdomen (one inch and three points below the navel). The closer we get together, the closer we gradually form a hot air mass in the abdomen (we can't pursue it, just want to get together into a hot air mass). Breathe eight times or multiples of eight.

Vipassana is not equal to obeying the law. For example, stay in the abdomen, that is, think of the abdomen. Observing the inside of the abdomen is to "see" the abdomen with your eyes. The mandible should be slightly retracted during endoscopic examination to avoid cervical diseases.

Section 8 emptying method

Refinement is divided into two levels: first, the whole body is empty: I meditate on the word "empty", and at the same time I mean that the whole body is empty, as if no one exists. Second, the universe is empty: it means that the whole world is empty. It's like I'm floating in space, floating in a trance. When practicing for the first time, you should say the word "empty" silently. When I'm free, I won't watch it.

Explanation: Empty method is a bridge from the method of doing something to the method of doing nothing, and it is a wonderful method leading to silence. We must not treat it lightly.

Section 9 inaction method

Empty law is a bridge for the transition of inaction law. When everything is empty, at this time, there is no idea, no achievement method, everything goes with the flow, and keeping the state of emptiness and trance in the empty method is the inaction method and the inevitable result of the empty method. The ethereal realm is the realm of self-integration with nature. The refining time is not limited, with no fatigue as the degree.

Section 10 Receiving Work

Relax, as soft as a baby, with no strength at all. Stay in the abdomen for three to five minutes. Before and after exercise, you can move your whole body. Such as bending over, lifting legs, cutting hands, wiping face and other activities, it is better to do health care.

18, the diet is light, but it is not recommended that everyone be vegetarian. If you are a vegetarian, you must ensure nutrition.

20. When practicing, take off your coat and untie your belt without a watch. Don't wash your hands, bathe or urinate within half an hour after work.
