First, meditation. As the saying goes: exercise is fitness, and static is fitness. It is actually a very difficult thing to achieve "peace of mind". Silence is not necessarily silence, and the silence of the outside world can't stop the distractions in my heart. If you think about the past and the future all day, there will be many diseases.
Second, conditioning. If "meditation" is the means, then "nourishing the heart" is the purpose. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that essence, qi and spirit are the three treasures of the human body, which are the internal factors to eliminate diseases and prolong life. Essence and harmony are the material basis of God.
Third, Xiu De. Song of No Anger was once popular in society. Its main content is to eliminate the bad mood caused by haggling over every ounce and comparing with others. What needs to be pointed out is that merely "avoiding" and "forbearing" is not a true sense of nourishing the heart, and it needs a broader and deeper spiritual content as the basis.
