According to the notice

In principle, close the home care centers for the elderly in urban and rural communities in the province, stop collective activities, and close the canteens for the elderly.

Strengthen the closed management of old-age care institutions and pay close attention to the elderly who return to hospital. Outside personnel are not allowed to arrange visits except employees. If you don't accept newcomers, and the elderly who come home during the Spring Festival can take care of themselves, they will first support the elderly at home and will not reschedule their stay for the time being. Older people who are disabled and partially disabled and have dementia really need to go back to the hospital during the Spring Festival, and they should ask their families for contact personnel;

Township home care service centers, which do not take care of the elderly, are temporarily closed, and those who take care of the elderly are managed by pension institutions.

All localities should strictly implement the relevant management requirements of nursing homes in special periods, and staff should strengthen their own protection, strengthen emergency duty, implement emergency measures, and report important situations in a timely manner.
