Life is bitter, how can a woman be happy?
A restless woman will never be happy, and a woman without faith will never be happy.

Where is happiness? In my heart.

"Happiness" and "happiness" are not the same thing. Happiness is deep, lasting and unchangeable, while happiness is shallow, short-lived and changeable at any time. Therefore, to be happy, we must first live with peace of mind. There is absolutely no happiness if you are uneasy and crazy. If there is, it is only a short-term "happiness" at best. What is a "heart"? How can the "heart" settle down? In fact, the most difficult thing for people is "heart". So few people can really be happy, and many people are trapped in "bitterness".

Buddhists say that life is eight bitter, the first four bitter: birth and death, the fifth bitter: separation of lovers, the sixth bitter: resentment will be bitter, enemies will make you sad, and the seventh bitter is not bitter. When we were born, we all clenched our fists with both hands, and held a point called Shaofu with both hands (located between the 4th and 5th metacarpals of the palm), which is one of the acupoints of the heart meridian of Shaoyin in the hand. The heart belongs to the Lord, so people are proudest when they are born. We will do one thing in this life-"begging", but all of us will give up when we die. Eighth Bitterness: The five choices mean bitterness, "taking" means persistence, and insisting on the five choices-think about it. Color is a kind, mainly refers to tangible substances; Being thought and acted is an invisible spirit. For example, some people are obsessed with seeking money all their lives, which is the obsession with color; Some people are obsessed with love, and love does not make suicide. This is the obsession with the spirit. This kind of five-element bitterness is also called five-yin blazing bitterness, and the five-element bitterness burns like fire, which is too painful. This is the eight great pains of life.

How can that woman be happy from suffering and find happiness?

The premise of happiness is to settle your heart, and your heart can't move.

Hui Ke stood in the snow, the wind was biting, and it was snowing heavily. He asked the mage. Master Dharma only meditates on the side wall and ignores him. The next morning, Dharma saw that he was still standing in that place, motionless, and the snow flooded his knees. At this time, Master Dharma slowly turned around, glanced at him and asked, "What do you want to do after standing in the snow for a long time?" With tears in his eyes, Zen master Hui Ke replied sadly, "I only hope that the monks will be merciful and open the manna gate, which is rich." I hope you will be merciful and teach me the Dharma to save the suffering. Master Dharma said: "The Buddhas are wonderful, and it is difficult to rob them. Patience is a must. " To seek Buddha, you must eat what ordinary people can't eat, do what ordinary people can't do, endure the sufferings that ordinary people can't bear, make perseverance, be firm and decisive, and make a big wish, in order to get this dharma. Can it be proved by a virtuous, filial and careless man? That's a pipe dream! Hearing this, Hui Ke secretly picked up a knife, clicked off his left arm and put it in front of his father. Blood immediately dyed the snow red. Dharma was moved by the pious behavior of Zen master Hui Ke. He knew that Zen master Hui Ke was a tool, so Dharma could be realized. Just ask him: What do you want? Hui Ke said, "My heart is restless. I beg for peace." He said that I was not practical in my heart and asked the master to give me peace of mind. After Hui Ke finished this sentence, Master Dharma said, "Be kind to you." You bring your heart, and I will give it to you. Hui Ke said: "If you find your heart, you can't get it." I'm looking for this heart, but I can't find it at all. At this time, Master Dharma said, "I am at ease with you." I'm reassuring you. With this sentence, Hui Ke suddenly realized. Because what is this heart? There is no real heart to find, and there is no real "anxiety" to precipitate. Peace and anxiety are delusions, persistence, pain and happiness. It is an illusory heart, an illusion, and everyone is obsessed with the false heart, so the real heart is the same, and naturally it will stick to its original appearance with peace of mind.

At the age of 34, Wang Yangming was exiled to Longchang (xiuwen county) in Guizhou for offending eunuch Liu Jin. Longchang is far away from the city, which is hard and quiet. He called his own place "Da Yi Wo", studied the Book of Changes, and reflected day and night based on his own experience over the years. Late one night, it suddenly dawned on him. This is the famous "Dragon Field Enlightenment" in history. What did he realize? Realize these four words-"nothing outside the heart", nothing outside the heart. As a result, when someone asks him, you say there is nothing outside your heart. This sentence is wrong. For example, a flower is still open when it is open. Whether you look at it or not, your heart is there. How can you say that there is nothing outside your heart? How does Wang Yangming answer this question? He said: when you don't look at this flower, this flower and your heart are silent; When you look at this flower, the color of this flower and your heart "suddenly understand" and both come to life at the same time. So everything is done with heart. Wang Yangming lived a great life. He is an immortal, noble, meritorious and upright man. At the end of his life, his disciples were very sad. Ask him if you have anything to say to us. Do you have any last words? At this time, Wang Yangming said the last sentence: "This heart is clear, what can a husband ask for?" What can I say when my heart is bright? When the heart is bright, this person will get absolute happiness.

So where is happiness? There is light in the heart, and there is purity in the heart.

There is a saying in Buddhism that "diseases are born from the heart and diseases are destroyed by the heart", and the heart is the most important. The key to health preservation lies in nourishing the heart and nature. There are many chaos in society now, and the root cause is the confusion of people's hearts: anxious hearts, fearful hearts, jealous hearts, greedy hearts, resentful hearts, troubled hearts and depressed hearts? Everyone has no happiness. What's wrong with that? There is something wrong with my heart!

How to repair the heart? Confucianism calls it "righteousness", which means to learn from things, be sincere and upright, cultivate self-cultivation, and rule the country and level the world. In this process, "righteousness" is the key. According to what? Correct according to people's inner nature. What is human nature? Mencius said that human nature is good, "at the beginning of life, human nature is good", but now it is not good, so we should correct it according to goodness. Taoism calls it "clearing the heart", and Laozi said in Tao Te Ching that "clearing the metaphysical view" means washing the heart, because it is dusty and unclean, so it needs washing and cleaning. Buddhism is called "Ming Xin". If you have a clear mind and see sex, you can become a Buddha. The heart is empty, but it is secretive, so we should remove external obstacles, break the hard shell of the heart, and turn ourselves from three poisonous hearts (greedy love,? Free yourself from embarrassment and stupidity, and let your heart be full of brilliance and light.

There are three levels of "mind": the first is mentality, which is the content of western psychology research, including worldly desires's Five Records, which China people often say. These are all psychological problems and should be corrected. This is the first level. The second level is called mind, which is your way of thinking. Nowadays, many people have problems with their way of thinking, and we should correct them. The third and highest layer is the mind, which has problems. What is a brain? It's human belief. Nowadays, many people believe in money. Believe that money is not faith, because money is material. True faith is unshakable faith in metamaterials, and faith can bring happiness. If you believe in matter, it can be changed. If you are uneasy about changeable things, there will be no happiness. Today, you earned 100 million RMB, but you are still unhappy. You will wonder why I only earned 1 billion RMB instead of 200 million RMB. How uneasy is the heart, can it be called happiness? Therefore, the highest realm of spiritual cultivation is the mind, finding a belief and keeping the peace of mind. "Cultivating the mind" is the most important issue in our time.

For women, if you want to find this heart for yourself and then settle down, then your mentality will change, your thoughts will change, and your heart will have a place to convert. This will not only make you happy, but also make your children and the whole family happy. So where can I find this heart? Generally speaking, we should look for it from the traditional culture of China and from the ancient sages. What is Chinese studies? Simply put, it is the traditional culture of China. China's culture is "extensive and profound", in fact, it has a structure. The structure of China's culture is "one source and three streams": one source is the Book of Changes, and then three rivers of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism flow out from this source. This Buddhism is not Indian Buddhism, but China Buddhism represented by Zen Buddhism, from which women should find their spiritual home.

If you think Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism are too many, too wide and too difficult to learn. Then you only need to read five books in your life. China people must read these five books-Five Classics of Chinese Studies. I have been a university librarian for eight years, so I have to say responsibly that you should never read more books. Too many useless books are copied. If you want to read them, you must read the classics. As a China native, you must read these five classics: The Book of Changes, The Analects of Confucius, Laozi and Neijing. These five books can represent the whole culture of China. The Book of Changes is the source and pillar of the spirit of the whole Chinese nation, so we must read it. Followed by Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, the first classic of Confucianism is The Analects of Confucius, the first classic of Taoism is Laozi's Tao Te Ching, and the first classic of China Buddhism is Six Ancestors' Tanjing. China culture has been introduced into Chinese medicine, and the first classic of Chinese medicine is Huangdi Neijing. Sinology is the spiritual home of China people, where we can find our spiritual conversion.
